It's a fantastic app and very efficient support team. I specially want to thanks to Jei, she helped me always with any issues with the widget. I'm using this app for the last 4 years and I'm very satisfied. I strongly recommend to use this app to the online store owners.

The app is great, and it offers a good SEO setup. I had some issues, but the support team gave me the full support needed to solve the conflict issue.

Gtranslate are really not honnest and not skilled people. The app brought so many errors on my website, and they never helped with it, they ended up just blocking my account after maybe 3 years because I was insisting too much that they solve the issue. This is one of the worst support you can find, and the worst technology. Most reviews here are fake because they insist a lot for you to give a review when they do a small adjustment.

Horrible service from MILENA. The app doesnt allow us to translate slideshow and 1 hour of fighting she says we can do it ourself instead of helping like her other colleagues do normally. Such a pain to have to fight and loose so much time

It literally ruined my entire code and showed: "translations missing" all over the website. It was hell. This during black friday. Their support team just asked me to uninstall the app, I told them it made things worse, that I reinstalled it to address this issue. But they ignored. Me. Stay away from this app.

ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF AND KEEP INFORMING THEIR SERVICE FOR ISSUES. (Very slow service takes too long to find solutions if they find..) I added 4 languages to my store, paid pack of 20 Euro. I start ads but for 3 days no sales. I checked then what is going on and I saw that many places on the website were not translated.....especially CHECKOUT PAGE. Keep on checking your sites IF YOU CHOOSE this application because its not working properly. I lost a lot of money in ads because of G-translate. I send them all the issues waited for 2 days and nothing happened I am still waiting to FIX THE ISSUES. Also they don't check PC to Android view of website. For example something that is ok and is translated at PC view its not working at Android. Another crazy issue that my clients told me since its something you believe that the apps technicians could check.

Great customer service - Suzan was super efficient and made the updates quickly! Great app for easy translation of your shopify site. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much for the great 5-star support Milena when I was having some difficulty getting it working again after changing domain names! I like this app a lot (paid version). I wish the app had the option for sub-directory in shopify instead of just sub-domain, as the internal language options for shopify uses sub-directory and that can be tracked easier on some external apps (that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5!)

Great fast translations and easily select appropriate languages from a large list. Suzan was excellent in helping me format the dropdown selector so it showed up in the exact location I wanted in my header and footer!

Grikor provided excellent service and answered my (many) questions in a timely manner. He helped me to understand the pros and considerations for each level of service and to choose the one I felt was right for my business with confidence. He also provided helpful information and resources that armed me with the ability to successfully add the various subdomains to my DNS records myself. He even followed up with me, and confirmed success and provided an example subdomain of my website without me even asking for it. It was very welcome news, and I appreciate that he took the initiative to do that.

Don't hesitate to install it. You have good helpers. My experience with Grikor helped me use the app well without knowing anything. Thank you

If there I a bit of time to get used to Gtranslate, I would definitely recommend it. I works fine , it is fairly easy to use and the support is always here.
