While I have worked with some great App partners, I have never felt as compelled to leave a review like I do with Tom. Not only is the app GREAT, but the customer service and support is truly second to none. As a marketer, the tech stuff isn't second nature to me and Tom has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me set things up. He's super fast, super responsive and his product is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Amazing service. I was stuck with editing the codes for the banners to be reflected on my live store, and Tom worked it out overnight for us. When I logged in the next morning, it was functioning. Pretty much impressed by this active responsiveness.

This is an excellent app that brings really nice looking badges to your store. The app portal is easy to use where you can tweak the look and posistioning of your badges. Very useful app. I was looking for a way to add "New Arrivals" to products, and Banners at the top of my site, and this app is the perfect one. Even better, the customer service is top notch and the quick response time is much appreciated. He gets any small issues I have sorted quickly.

to flee, the rendering is bad, the installation takes a lot of time, there is no translation, the price of the application is not adapted to its real value, moreover your load times between your pages will take more time, flee and save your stores à fuir, le rendu est mauvais, l'installation prends énormément de temps, il n'y a aucune traduction, le prix de l'application n'est pas adapté à sa réel valeur, de plus vos temps de charge entre vos pages vont prendre plus de temps, fuyez et sauver vos boutiques

Really impressed with the customer service received from Flair. There wasn't an issue with the app, I just needed help installing the code and the response from Tom was excellent. It's a great app and extremely easy to use.

This is a brilliant app only made better by the consistent and excellent service that the company brings. They regularly update you with extra information in the first few days plus if you are having a few minor problems due to your own non existent internet experience ( mine) they are there to help you with an easy set up. totally worth the 5*'s!

I love the way the badges look on my product images - very clean and you can customize the colors/look/feel. Before this app, I was manually uploading a new photo with a photoshopped "badge" that said "brand new!" etc. Now, I can streamline the whole process and quickly add new badges to top selling items, newly added items etc. Customer support is also quick to respond and was helpful with install.

This app is so great. I love all the customisation options, the automation and the support! Highly recommend.
