Works great, but I would love if there was an easier way to download the uploaded files. Maybe a connection to Dropbox or similar? Also, file names that make more sense would be great.

After much a'do, the Uploadery customer service team has come through with flying colors. I've been going back and forth with them, chewing up a good deal of their time and they've been incredible. You've gotta love Annette, what a gem. Uploadery wants to see me succed so badly that they are looking into designing some special features to the existing app so it fits my needs. You can't ask for much more than that. This is hands down the very best uploading app out there. If you have any uploading needs on your store, don't hesitate, get this app!

So easy to install - very clear instructions and I really don't do code. So if I can install it anyone can - just take your time. Would recommend to a friend. The image editing tool could use some text descriptions for the simple tools for easier customer use.

Handles huge uploads. If you make updates to your products (changing the URL, deleting a tag, etc.) you might break the connection with the app.

Great support, plugin works perfectly as described...I had a small issue at first, but they literally fixed it (plus offered their advice about my product description) within like 12 hours or something? Awesome! Will continue using.

The customer service from ShoPad, Inc. is really quick, strong, and supportive. They have great articles to review, then they installed the app, explained it, clarified when I was stumped, and checked in afterward, so they really helped me. Great app, does exactly what it's supposed to do. Support is top notch. They have been very responsive and helpful answering all questions I've had.

So far it's a great idea but they have no supplier to send their files to do the prints

This app is just what we needed for a product associated with artwork uploaded by the customer. When we updated our Shopify theme we lost some of our coding, and one of the staff members promptly corrected the issue we were having via instant messenger chat. Would highly recommend Uploadery!

Having searched for an app that had some flexibility in uploading photo, I found Uploadery. I am EASILY able to designate size, pixels and a whole bunch of other good stuff for each of my products, as this APP works across products. I am so happy that I found Uploadery! This app is great, easy to install and use. We contacted the people at ShopPad to see if they could add a new file format to the set of upload options, and they added it right away! Super nice and helpful.

These are great folks to deal with and their Uploadery App is the best. It allows users to edit their photos during the uploading process and can now be set in Apps admin to produce both PNG as well as JPG output files which tend to be much smaller than the PNG types which really speeds the upload of the photos! Great app and great people!
