Functionality and support is 10/10. Knowledgable and responsive, wish I'd found it sooner as it would have saved the whole team a lot of time.

The support alone is worth the monthly fee. We thought we needed a higher tier package - they even suggested we downgrade after discussing all our needs with us. Did configuration for us... Above and beyond technical support / setup assistance and really appreciated saving us some costs too! Wish I'd used it earlier rather than the awful standard Meta Integration.

Great customer service! Just uploaded Facebook catalog (you can't upload more than one on the free plan) which Julie was very helpful with. My products keep getting declined for some reason so let's see what happens.
