David had Quick response time and took care of my issue ASAP.

good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.

Fastr completely changed how I handle abandoned carts in my Shopify store. Their amazing flows through texts, emails, and pop-ups seriously boosted my store's success. Before Fastr, I had a tough time with cart recovery. But with their flows, it was like magic! Spending just $9 ended up bringing around $800 from recovered sales. It's honestly pretty incredible. App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Do not install this application! ONE day after installing it and without having used it, they charged $188 on my Shopify invoice for no reason! They are scammers!

I have been trying to get a hold of customer support seems like forever. No reply. I've sent emails and no reply. I am constantly getting errors when I'm trying to use this app. I need someone from support to contact me now. It says 24/7 hr support and it's been 4 hours already with no reply.

I was having trouble getting the abandoned cart emails to go out at their scheduled times. Ashley from Carti.io helped me by walking me through how to turn off abandoned carts in Shopify, as well as check email subscribers.

Not sure how successful the cart abandonment recovery is (hoping it will be more that 15% increase in revenue) but the app is easy to install, easy to navigate and it's great to have a chatbox for questions. :) Thank you
