Had used InstantSearch+ with our old Magento 1 site as the native site search was terrible. InstantSearch changed all of that quickly. It became a critical part of our site's overall health and success. We moved from Magento to Shopify in October 2017 and felt it necessary to have this app for the sake of continuity. It proved wise as the conversion data using site search is great. Highly recommend. The support and customer service is attentive and extremely helpful!

As a company pressed for time with a migration and Q4 launch, we found IS+ to have all the bells and whistles we wanted in a search app at an affordable price point. What's best is that IS+'s support was there to help us get comfortable with the app, making sure we knew exactly how to set up everything we need to get in place before we pushed our new site out the door, and helping us iron out any kinks we encountered. Thank you IS+! Would strongly recommend.

I must admit this app does what it's suppose to do and it really make search look very clean and professional. I highly recommend this app.

Your sync function is really bad and time consuming. When we were on the free trail it worked perfectly, on the 50$ per months it did not work and now we are on 89$ a month and it is NOT syncing automatically as it did on the free trail. I must say that I am looking for an alternative product. Also if you do a search for two words, it does not list the items with both words first. A search should prioritise items that have both search words. SO again I am not impressed. And I think that you are very expensive. But if the program worked like it did on the free trail i would stay with you. But it does not.

We threw this up on a test version of our store, while developing a new theme. In the 3 month testing period, we were able to customize every aspect of how it interacted with our new theme without any hitches. Great product. Saved me a lot of time and head-ache as a developer not having to build one of these from scratch.

These guys have gone above and beyond for us. First and foremost, the plugin is fantastic and exactly what we needed. But more importantly their team has been tremendous with support as we worked through a rapid site launch. We've only been online with them for about two weeks, but I could not be any happier. Very useful app for improving on the the native search bar within Shopify. In our case, InstantSearch makes it MUCH easier for potential customers to find specific groomsmen gifts or military branded products through plain-language queries, which helps conversion rate while also reducing our time spent answering simple questions over the phone or live chat.

Support is very helpful & expedient when I have a issue.

Absolutely wonderful search app. Improves our site vastly over the default Shopify search. You do still need to have your products labelled relatively well, but the only alternative would be some kind of mind reader. I have no idea how good the support is because I have never needed any. Excellent value for money.

Awesome app. Very easy to setup. The app contains a lot of helpful tools which saved us tons of time. They also have provide very quick customer support, which is extremely helpful if something comes up. Search results are very accurate. Overall, it's worth the money, great app!

Fast support, easy to use and install!

The support has been phenomenal, a great app for large catalogs.
