I ordered the winter-package but had issues after buying it. Shopify didn't list it but I got a pretty good support from the guys of F+2! I can just recommend the tool and also the support.

I love this app and the easy way it has helped us customize our look. We sell B2B as well as to consumer and use the app to create quotes, delivery notes and return slips. Its easy to use and very customizable. When i did need help, I got it with minutes and they added some extra code to suit excatly what we wanted. 10/10 for their the team, thank you guys.

This app is extremely handy, we use it every day and it works superbly. We use this app with their other app F+2: Order Printer Templates, after needing to find a new order printing service. Not only are their templates very reasonably priced for the amount of use you will get out of them, but the customization on them is incredible. I wanted something where I could create multiples of the same order printing sheet, with the only main differing aspect being whether it was a collection, delivery or postal order, to make things easier for our pickers to distinguish at first glance. Their templates made it so easy, only took me 5 minutes to put that into effect. If you're printing a lot of order sheets or invoices, I would highly recommend this app.

Just a really nice Printer Ap, easy to use & easy to set up templates. And the customer service can't be faulted, 11/10 . Vanessa is probably the most helpful & friendly advisor I've ever met. This was the first app we found that allowed us to edit the templates to suit our specialized business practices. In particular, the packing slip template could be modified to sort SKU's in vendor order...super useful! Also, the help team has been very quick to respond on all occasions with special coding requests and has provided us with some handy tweaks that helped us to customize our paperwork. Excellent service!

Beautiful and easy to configure PDF invoices. But more than that, they have a fantastic support team that helped me out setting up multi-lingual invoices and adding additional VAT info (which wasn't as straightforward as hoped, but they did helped me a lot to implement it the way I wanted to). The forms are very well-designed and the interface (and installation instructions) are extremely user-friendly. Whenever I've had to reach out to the support team, they've always been super-responsive and able to solve my issues. Can't say enough about them!

Great app, does everything we need. Templates are highly adaptable for special uses. Support has been a great help with some custom code changes as well.

this app makes you buy a template before even using it and it is not free. It costs $29 to buy a template to use

Decent application, it was relatively easy to create custom packing slips and good support from the team too!
