We are using this app in order to upload shopify orders to ERP/ we needed special character encoding in ordet to achieve that. Support customized the app in order to meet the specifications of our ERP. An ecxellent app with an excellent Support!

This is 100% the best app I have used on Shopify. We have a very complicated store and use other apps like Bold Product Options that make use of hidden line items inside of orders. This app was able to export all the data we need with ease, which was impossible to do natively within Shopify. The support is excellent. If you need to export complicated data on Shopify - look no further than this app. Trust me, I've tried them all.

Excellent and Easy to use tool. I can't thank them enough for building this app as it solves my problem like none other tool. It probably saves us 3-4 hours and avoids all the manual errors while sorting and writing the manual orders. Also, Menelaos Vergis provides great support.

This app is really simple but has everything you need to export reports or automate reports and send to 3rd parties by email. The team at Menelabs were really quick at replying to my questions. Saved me a lot of time and energy. Delighted

This app has been a lifesaver since we've been doing Ecommerce. We have been using this app for the last few years across all of our stores. Recently we built a new store for a different brand and the freight carrier needed for us to import information in a specific way. Not only did this app made it easy for us to export orders to match the criteria, Menelaos went above and beyond to add some customizations to it so we will minimize our risk of error. We have saved hours each day and potential errors from this app. Over the few years Menelaos has always been open for feedback and always improving his app and products base on his customers feedback. This app works perfekt! Way better solution than Inetgromat or Zapier. It is easy to use and when there is a problem, the support is really fast and helpful. I had 2 specific problems on 2 of my stores and everytime the support helped me really well with it. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been using their app for a while now and have not been disappointed in the flexibility the app offers. I recently contacted them to see if they could add a new field to view the Delivery Instructions from the Local Delivery feature Shopify offers. They promptly looked into the problem and determined they were unable to add this field due to Shopify not implementing the API yet. Overall, Menelaos responded quickly and was very informative on to why this field could not be added. Hopefully Shopify can update their API soon.

Was looking for a Export App, which also works with ÄÖ... and where I can fully customize the file. And all this, can the app do. Love it!

Just started to use this app - but it's saving me time and will save more time as the business grows. The customer service has been excellent and very quick to respond.

Absolute game changer for us. There are many order processing apps out there but none have the capability to output the product variant thumbnail with the order database. This has allowed our fulfilment team to have another layer of quality assurance to double check the product going out, against the product bought, rather than having to only rely on a product name and code. Well done on a great automated app!

We have been looking for an app that can help us efficiently and accurately pick orders and replenish the shop floor for YEARS... it's not been easy to find. It's not possible to sort Shopify inventory by SKU, which is how we manage our stockroom, so no matter what report we pull, we still have to reorganise the .csv file into a format that we can work with.... but not any more..! This app has the best order picker and shop relenishment function we have found. Customer service is second to none - I've just spent a skype call with Menelaos where he took me through how to design reports and all the functionality within the app - no matter how you want to export a report, in whatever order, define by whichever you field you choose, you can. This is going to save us so much time. Brilliant
