Reviews for EVM Customer Testimonials

I have only very recently Installed this app, but already love it . I struggled to instal it after changing themes, but the support was both swift and complete. I haven’t got enough data to analyze as it is still early days for me. I have yet to add all the testimonials from other areas and platforms. Will feedback when I have more experience of the app.

This is a great app for photo reviews! It's affordable and works great. My conversion rate has went up nearly 3% since using this app and having reviews on my website. The back end is easy to use and integrates nicely with my store. If you do have trouble, The EMV team will help you in a timely manner. They are really great to work with if you have an issue. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but they are and they are happy to help. Kemi and her team are amazing!

I use this app for my reviews and had some issues seeing all reviews but the team was responsive and very helpful. They need to add analytics but I belive that feature is coming soon, aside from that the app is working well.

Great plugin and way affordable compared to other review system but I wish they provide Google Rich Snippets in all their plans instead of $50 plan only. This is an essential feature for me and that may be the only thing, Why I wouldn't use it. Review System = 10/10 Affordable = 10/10 Features = 8/10 Support = 10/10

I was very skeptical at first about the platform because I had problems with other similar applications! But this platform is wonderful, very easy to use even for me (as I don't know English). The team is amazing and helped me a lot, at least 4-5 hours paid attention to me! I will definitely stay with this app for my site! I highly recommend! Thank you!

I changed my theme on my store and everything wasn't working correctly at first. After notifying them, Kemi was very prompt in getting my issue resolved. They also follow up to make sure everything was going well! Loved the service I received!

I was looking for an App that would display the reviews in an attractive and functional way. Will be trying testimonials for the first time in my store, so I was happy both functions are available in one App. Had to reach out for their customer service for help with importing reviews from other App. They did it for me , which saved me time and effort trying to figure out how to do it properly. Excellent customer support team. Recommended.

I haven't actually received any reviews yet, so I can't comment on that; however, the customer service so far is excellent. I had an issue with the review option showing up on product pages with variants and it was resolved very quickly. Not necessarily a negative, but one thing to note is that the free version is for up to 50 orders, not 50 reviews. So you could have no reviews yet still exceed the limit for the free version. I am excited to get some reviews and see this in action!

The perfect app! serves the purpose in the best way possible compared to other apps. I preferred over shopify reviews

Two years down the line and I'm still very happy with this app. It works perfectly. The support from Kemi is brilliant, I recently needed a slight placement adjustment and wanted a clickable link adding and it was done in a couple of hours. I can highly recommend the team and the app :-) This is an update on this app which I have had for almost a year now. I get reports from buyers saying reading the reviews has given them confidence to buy from my site. I recently had a weird issue but the tech support was at hand and although it took a couple of days they resolved it and kept in touch. Below is my original review : I'm really happy with this app. I needed a straight forward review page app rather than a product review app as all my products are unique. I spent hours searching and trying out various different apps none of which suited. It is very easy to set up with different templates and customisations. If you have similar requirements look no further just get this!!!

Does not work and gave me m ore a headache than good. It addressed all emails to the same name, Taylor. I asked for it to send after 10 days but sent after 2 when it hadn't shipped yet so received many emails that wondered where there item was. Then the emails had the wrong product in it. They were asked to review something they didnt receive or buy. After dealing with this for a few days I deleted. Dont waste your time with this app

This app is great, user friendly, and its free plan includes up to 10 testimonials. The other apps I saw included only 3-5 testimonials.

I am currently using the app and I needed some customisation. Even though I am still on the free plan (since I have not launched my store yet) they have always kindly helped. Very good customer service and developers. Would recommend it 100%

I actually downloaded two different reviews/ratings apps and decided whichever one worked best would be the one I'd end up using. Well... I tried to integrate the other one first because it was supposed to add the coding automatically and be a "seamless integration". Turned out it was anything but seamless. Then... not only did I find their app capabilities lacking almost everything advertised, but their support team still (almost 2 wks later) hasn't responded to any of my messages. With this app, however, everything is as advertised; plus, when I needed help, I had an answer and a solution from the support team within hours. And when I came across a minor error some days later that I was encountering, their support team once again jumped in and had it fixed immediately. I highly recommend this app. Not only are you getting the most bang for your buck in the options and services they provide, but you are getting one heck of a high-quality support team that goes out of their way to make your store a success — and that is everything. I did a lot of shopping around and wasted valuable time on lesser options, so my advice to you is this... learn from my mistake, and don't waste your time with the others. These guys are your best choice, hands down. They know how to get the job done. btw... Kemi is the best ever!! Many thanks again for getting me set up and moving forward again! :)
