Great app does exactly what it says. Automates most of the behind the scene process for you and motivates customers to write reviews. Pulls reviews from several areas and will post them within app to website and social outlets. Customer service is top notch fast responsive and friendly. Do yourself a favor upgrade to the paid version the annual discount is well worth it.

Great app and amazing support, which we consider just as important as having a great app. They were quick in helping us out and answered all our questions in a matter of hours. Highly recommended!

This app recently sent out mass product review emails to ALL of our customers, some customers received 65+ emails in one day to their inbox. We have contacted kudobuzz to see if this can be prevented in the future, but no response. I have removed this app. Hopefully it won't happen again. Very unprofessional... Since this event, the developer has made every effort to make amends and has promised that this error will not happen again. Had the damage to our own levels of customer satisfaction not been so great (we lost customers and received our first complaints in service due to the kudobuzz email error) we may have kept this app. My star remains at 1 due to our loss of clients. However remarkable kudobuzz customer service may be, this app failed miserably.

Its terrific.......the app works smoothly.....no glitches till now for me......and the customer support is really quick........i had to make about 3 to 4 changes in my Kudobuzz widgets and I really dint expect them to be sorted in about 20-25 mins.......Thanks a Lot Kena!!!!!!

I have been using the Free App for couple of months and have been very happy with it. Today I signed up for the dinner plan to get review published on Google for better ranking, not only they offered me a discount, they also did the set up for me. This is above and beyond what I expected. Great work guys. I highly recommend Kudobuzz

Great app. Testimonials and reviews are designed in a easy to use system. I've tried many others on the app store and this is by far the best. I had a few technical issues and was rectify promptly by the support team (Thanks Kena). Highly recommended...

Kenna and the Kudobuzz have created a truly wonderful app! It has helped us collect and display reviews on our products and added to the user experience on our site as a whole. All that and EASY TO USE! Honestly it does not take any skill to set this up. We should know. We had an issue this week where another app left some code after being uninstalled and that code prevented Kudobuzz from loading. I reached out to the Kudobuzz team and they we're able to go in to our site, isolate the rogue code, and fix it!!! Now we are back to running smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!

This is fabulous app. Its have everything I need for customer review and it have amazing customer support and response. Highly recommended. Bravo!!

This app is excellent, gives a neat widget to display the reviews and also a full page for testimonials. Adding new reviews is pretty easy too. And yes, the customer service was excellent the only time I needed it. Overall, an excellent utility.

Had an issue where our team accidentally signed up twice which delivered duplicates. Kena from Kudobuzz was super-responsive and fixed the problem in minutes! When it comes to the app, we have found it very helpful to have a user interface that allows us to submit reviews we collected at tradeshows and upload pictures of the individuals. Also, the link to social media is great!

Fantastic, fantastic support and a great product. We have a ton of testimonials on Facebook and were able to pull those into our site and make it look just like the site design - which was awesome. We don't have any product reviews yet but we have that installed now with the help of support and we look forward to having this important feature on our site - thanks KUDOBUZZ!

Kudobuzz is absolutely AMAZING! It has everything we could ever want in a review app. Even more, the support they offer is second to none. All of the questions I had were answered in less than an hour and all of the setup was taken care of free of charge. I could not recommend a Shopify app more than this one. You can't go wrong with Kudobuzz.

best review app for shopify so far. review button looks cool but it takes awhile to load. keep it up.
