Reviews for Estimated Delivery Date ‑ Plus

Permission/options should be given to edit order ready and delivery minimum and maximum dates. My stores' estimated delivery is between 2-15 days however this app has set a minimum and maximum delivery days of 15-29 respectively. This can potentially turn away customers.

Despite the benefit of the app that increased our conversion rate for the store and deliver a great information yet simple for the customers, I'm here to write about the great customer support and how fast they are in dealing with issues, they are very professional and I recommend everyone to download this app and use it's great features. Well Done.

Quick and helpful customer service. I tries the free version and it went well then I upgraded. It may seem a little complicated at the beginning, but the CS team helps a lot. Even if you don't ask for help, they are proactively approaching you to correct if there is something wrong on your settings.

Very Good customer Service, i had multiple issues but the code theme has fiex all of them in lightspeed! Just amazing

After trying to get this app to work for multiple hours, nothing showed. I needed this app to display different delivery dates for specific product categories, and I can tell you it didn't function at all. I tried everything, and the customer service was extremely unclear and slow in their responses.

The team is always very helpful and reply quickly. I sometimes find the app a bit confusing, but the support always helps me understand it. They helped me customise the look of the widget as well. Great customer support

Excellent App! The best we’ve found after trying several and the customer support is super fast! Most apps don’t allow as much customization plus shoe ETA on cart and checkout pages. Very pleased!!

Great app and even greater support. The only bad thing is that it doesn't work with a specific adblocker. But all in all a really great app.

Customer service was very helpful in figuring out how to fix my hang ups I had with the app. It's not easy to figure out at first but I was able to manage. Be aware that category quotas (when you create a category) is limited to 10 and if you use and delete one it "counts" as one of the 10. I wasn't aware of this but the customer service, after explaining the situation, added back a large number for me to play around with and figure it out. Thanks!

Can only have ONE category with ONE country/zone. Tried to delete the auto synced category, now I can't even create a new one, saying I already have maximum number (which is one). So I'm stuck with 0 categories. Basic functionality of an app like this should be being able to display estimated delivery based on country, but nope. I'm uninstalling it.
