This company is the best one by far! There have been a couple mishaps but they corrected them quickly. I highly recommend this company!

free app, has lots of items too choose from, have had issue with them taking products off after hard word of posting and descriptions, due to their lack of ability to sell the item.

Great app easy navigated and friendly customer services who are also very responsive. Delivery time is great and help me secure my orders due to the quick delivery. Had a small problem with delivery but Paul was great as usual and sorted it out very quickly UPDATE This company is in a downward spiral what I loved about it no longer applies. Messed up a lot of my order recently and are full of excuses as to why. One is the supplier sent the wrong item if that is the case why not contact me and make sure the customer is prepared to wait. Lack of communication when something does go wrong is and has destroyed a good reputation I had build up. When you complain about delays in order in which my customer had already got fed up waiting and cancelled there order it is tough they just tell when the order will be delivered or leaving the processing centre. I have stuck by this company but I feel my loyalty to them is not been appreciated. In the process of finding an alternative. I Was a great company and when it works it works well. I am out of pocket because of this company and asked to be refunded for the order that had problems and got an email to say that would happen but it has not and they have now refused to honour the email. The company is a joke

I wish I could rate bellow zero this APP is untrustworthy! My first 3 orders and they F**** up all of them the first one they couldn't source the product had to give a refund. the second one a costumer orders 2 cutlery sets and receives an a iron man phone case and the 3rd one is lost as never arrived! Paid for duck tape with my logo and they don't even bothered. This app is an insult and will ruin your name and company. Costumer service is slow and just buys time and wastes your time. DO NOT RECOMMEND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I am writing this a fellow seller to let anyone considering using this App to not do so. Entrusting my business to this APP, the products and shipping has been more than detrimental to my business and its reputation. I am unsure how I will truly recover from all of Eprolo's lapses. I trusted this APP for several reasons. I trusted that if Shopify offered it...then it was reputable. I regret not reading the reviews which is why I am truly taking the time to place this here for all to see and know. Please do not let this happen to you. Although the APP is wonderfully created and looks so very promising, please don't be fooled like I have been. The shipping times are horrendous, US expressing shipping truly is not available. You will not be informed of this until after you have placed the order, paid for express shipping and inquire as to why this order has yet to ship. Only then, will you be informed that they cannot ship your product expeditiously. You will be stuck with explaining to your customers, repeatedly apologizing and refunding more often than not. The tracking numbers they provide really lead to nowhere traceable. If it does finally show anything it will still say processing and the order is being prepared to be shipped. I will be transparent and tell you that out of 100 plus order only 2 people (that I can tell thus far) have received any items. One of those I had to fully refund, because the item they ordered came worn, tattered and stained. They stated that it literally looked used (baby anti roll pillow). When reaching out the company about concerns they or either non-responsive of half responsive and never fully address your issue. The use of this App has been a customer service nightmare for me. I am constantly met with inquiries about where the orders are, refund request, or tracking updates to which it is very difficult to provide because again the tracking does not lead anywhere. If I could give "zero" stars I would. I want you all to know about this. If you care about your business reputation (which I know we all do) be mindful of this app. We work hard to build our business, reputations and brands. We do not deserve to entrust a company such as this with our reputation only for promises to go unfulfilled. The only thing I can hope for at this point is that my service recovery works with my customers in an attempt to rebuild. This has truly cost me much more than money... Please learn from my experience and save yourself the head and heart ache. I am happy to show anyone all of my initiated refunds, complaints, etc... to help anyone that may need it...I truly hope this helps someone who is freshly starting out. Avoid this pitfall. very super and powerful application that I have seen during the past 2 year. I am very happy to find like this application which support me to increase my profit. If I can give stars I will give 10 out of 5 but because the highest marks is 5 out of 5 so I give 5/5

When the process works it’s great and orders are generally delivered within 10 days, but when it goes wrong it’s really bad and leads to a very poor customer experience. The fast delivery with Express shipping can take up to 4 days processing before even shipping the orders out which leads to long delivery times. Have also had several missing and incorrect orders shipped to customers.

I am using this app to start a clothing store. I have been researching and even trying several free and paid apps. Nothing has come close to what you can do with EPROLO. Not even with paid apps. I will be launching soon and will give a performance review. But for product price and the functions you get with it by far is best.

Experience has been great and the customer service has been spot on. Will update on shipping times once my first order is delivered. I have been told that it will be max 8 days so let's see.

This is a great app. You can add products with faster delivery times. The Selection is updated often.

VERY disappointed in this app that showed SO much promise! They represent and promise "branding" on the shipping label, packing slip and packing "scotch tape" and even have a picture of my scotch tape with my label, which I paid $20 for on 3 of my sites (total $60). I have tested 2 orders by ordering from my own store and, so far, no scotch tape, no packing slip and no shipping label with my branding on them. When I received my orders, I didn't even know it came from my own shop! They also do NOT ship in 5-8 days on everything. I promised one customer 5-8 day shipping on a stuffed toy for her sons birthday, well, they shipped it by ePacket in 12-25 days and did not notify me for the option of canceling the order. When you choose a shipping option, a vendor does not have the option to use a different shipping method, they MUST use the shipping method chosen and paid for. I had to go through PayPal for a charge back on this one because they would not honor their promises of a refund to make things right when shipping gets messed up and they cannot follow through on their promises. Their inability to stand by what they represent in their Shopify business promises has harmed my business reputation with my most recent customers. I need a fulfillment company I can trust and eProLo has a good concept, but they cannot stand up and delivery on what they promise. If you want your business reputation damaged, use this app. I am in the process of withdrawing all of my products I have with them and going back to AliExpress directly.

I have been using this app for two months, the support is great, and I bought the tape with my logo, can`t wait to see them. great app!

*UPDATE* I just recieved a message back saying they just found a new supplier and my items were restored back to Import List. I did get apology from them. I still rate 4/5 because the tracking number is not working. It looked very promising at the start. I made a mobile gaming nicehe and they have removed all the products when I had built my facebook page and got some traffic to the web. No apologies, just all my shop is EMPTY THIS MORNING. Now there is no gaming controllers available AT ALL! There are only 2 available on the eprolo market at this time which are overpriced as f and not even worth selling. Very angry as I have spent much money on advertising!!!!!!!!! And the tracking number they have sent me is not available for nearly 5 days now and my customer is fuming.

So far so good, I have yet to process orders since I just started. Great Products but what really got me was Eprolo Express. I am hoping delivery dates are accurate because if so this beyond 5 stars. Update I required some assistance and Irving the support agent was quick to answer my concerns and give me detailed guidance. I recommend this to app for everyone.

I use this app to support dropshipping in North America and my customers are very satisfied with the quality products and the delivery times. They also have a very supportive customer service.

The app is great. Shipping times are ok as well. Also, they have exceptional customer support willing to do anything for you.

It is a very good app and so happy I found faster shipping for my store! Main issue with dropshipping is shipping times. But the prices on this app are sooo much more expensive, so if cost is not an issue than go for it but if you are just starting and need to budget, Aliexpress is a better option but once you have a stable income, I suggest switching to EPROLO!

The product quality and shipping times are much better than in other apps. 3.5-4 stars the coin system is confusing and unnecessary.

So far so good! I really recommend it to any dropshippers as it solves the issues that usually come with dropshipping such as a lack of branding, long delivery times and separate packages. I was unsure about it at first but I’m really happy with it so far.

So for the second time I was told by several days later by customer service that a product cannot be shipped using express after 3 orders were already placed. Why is there even an option to have something shipped express just to be told days later and it can’t be. I also had a customer place a order on 6/12 and there is still no tracking info available and customer service has not responded to my email. I would not recommend this app for electronics. Everything was going nice and smooth until recently and it’s quite frankly annoying.

Easiest way to source for trending products for your store. Best choice for dropshipping, fast fulfillment, cheaper express shipping. Excellent customer service which is always available to assist with promptness.
