The app works really well. The only downside it that you will need to use 2 platforms (emotive and wisepop) and that can get confusing. The team at emotive is really helpful.

One of the best SMS platform we used. The customer service is awesome. the agent give us full advices from the setting up the flow to the marketing material. It comes with all the features of SMS marketing needs. With thousands of templates provided, we can easily target customers on every level of the channel. Besides that, it provide a powerful data report help us monitor the performance and optimize the campaign. The only con I can think of is the price. But it will justify itself at last. Overall I highly recommend you check it out

Worst company ever. My ROAS was consistently under 1 every time. The people assigned to me were useless. I had to handhold them through writing the SMS even though I was told they would write and design the texts. Google them and read the reviews outside of Shopify. They are awful. One of the people got angry because I said I am going to use Klaviyo instead and went off me. Inappropriate and unprofessional.

Love using this app for our SMS marketing needs as an e-commerce business in the health and wellness space.

The emotive team has been proactive helping us with copy writing and building out flows. The software is super intuitive to learn. Can't say enough about the tool. I've used 3 other SMS tools and this one has been my favorite for sure.

We love being able to meet with someone monthly or whenever we need to go over campaigns, what to try to increase engagement, follow up on specialty sales, and so much more. Easy to use and the one-on-one assistance has been amazing for helping us grow. 100% would recommend.

I've used Emotive for about two years and overall it's been a great product that has undoubtedly boosted revenue. They provide marketing helps thanks to an account manager and copywriter which is useful for small businesses who don't want to hire people otherwise. Emotive is also constantly adding new products and making improvements. Overall recommend.

We started using Emotive to communicate directly to our customers, exactly where they are (on their phones). The price is higher than others, however great service & support and a very helpful onboarding process. Additionally their creative team assists in coming up with copy, when we're stuck or slow. Great value!

The best SMS marketing App on Shopify. Our revenue has increased 3000% since using Emotive. Highly Recommended!

More pricey than some but has more benefits: copywriter, more involved marketing team, more education on segmenting and getting the best return on investment.

We are still a new user of Emotive, about 2 months in. Onboarding process was great, with a dedicated specialist who guided us through setup and our first broadcast based on best practices. Support after the onboarding period has been responsive. UI could be a bit more intuitive, but it works. Attribution is way too generous in my opinion, but we use other data sources, so not a huge issue. We haven't had a ton of experience with canned responses and "shopping experts" (I believe that's what they call the human team that does basic message triage - one of the main reasons we went with Emotive over other service providers), so I can't comment on that aspect.

Most importantly, this app brings in historical Shopify data which allows us to segment customers properly in SMS marketing. That has been a big advantage in efforts of customer acquisition vs retention marketing. Easy to use and integrates well. All good in my book

SMS made human and easy. This team has a way of being swift, friendly and accommodating. Emotive is always improving its platform/services by listening to the ones that use it on a daily basis. Using Emotive has been both a huge revenue tool and communication tool for us. Sales, delivery follow ups and product launches are just a few of the many ways we have seen success in the use of emotive. No plans on moving away from them any time soon!

Blows other services for SMS out of the water! They add a much needed "human" element to the messaging system, strengthening the bond between us and our customers.

Good customer support. helpful features. and overall easy to deploy and use. on the pricier end but the white glove service is worth it for any business wanting to scale.
