Wasted my time downloaed for free plan, watched all vids but nothing works on aliexpress when i press the import button

Their support team is amazing!! I ran into a few issues with products not showing up and settings not registering correctly. I contacted customer support and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was fast to respond and immediately set out to resolve my issues. He was great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and was able to correct everything super fast! He gave me exceptional customer service!

I encountered some problems in the process, but they helped to solve it, so cool, give full marks,lol....

I came across an issue where the reviews I selected through Aliexpress was not appearing on my product page. I ended up emailing the support team and they were so quick to respond to my query. All I had to do was add them as a staff to my store and they took care of the rest. Not only they managed to fix the review issue but they also managed to add the ratings on my collection page as well which I was struggling to figure out the whole day! I can't thank Editorify enough for providing such great assistance that resulted in a positive outcome especially on a Sunday! When they say their support team is available 24/7 they actually mean it! Thanks again Editorify for your help, very much appreciated!

I had a bit of a problem getting it to work with my custom premium theme but their support was super responsive and got it working right away. On a Saturday morning!

This app is great I can import videos and reviews which is fantastic for me just starting out. The team are always quick to help and solve issues fast. It is worth paying for to get the possible outcome for your store.

Hi editorify team. the apps are wonderful. its easy to customize. Recommended for newbies and experienced seller that need to place customer review in one site.

stupid update, it work before, after update, total mass, can not change picture size. can not import review by cvs, can not copy review from other product. when you duplicate, you lost all review.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. IMPORT AND MANUAL INPUT DOESN'T WORK. NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENTS. CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE GUY IN THE VIDEO.

It's comforting to know that when starting out on the e-commerce journey, you have the support of the app developers should you encounter any technical issues. Great App, great futures and also great support which is if you ask me the most important... I'm using the app for 2 months, and now i had a problem for the first time, i sent an email and in 2 min, Mike from support came on my site and start online chat on my store. He fixed the bug in few min and there we go.. back in business :) great job guys and tnx a lot

I had a problem manually injecting my codes, I reached out to their tech support and got a fast response. They put the codes in for me and it worked!! This app is very easy to install and use. Their tech support is outstanding. I can already tell that I am going to be very happy that I got this app.

The free features you provide are meaningless! The free version is in the trial phase, at least 14 days of trial, all functions should be open. To test whether there is a problem, the key is whether the loading speed is displayed at the same time as the other content on the page or gradually displayed. This is very important), just to limit the number of imported products and the number of comments for each product, especially the developer’s logo cannot be added. If we are not satisfied with the trial, there will be no big deal. I kept having issues with the app, but Moshe did not stop working on it until it worked on my store. I really appreciate it. Awesome customer service and great app!

Claims to import reviews from Overstock but does not. Does not work properly most of the time when importing from other "supported" sites. Says it imported reviews but they do not show up on site. When you contact them for support they tell you it works on their side and they can't do anything to help.

I have tried many review import apps for my stores but this one is the best. If you are using any other review import tool out there you are getting ripped off. You cannot beat Editorify prices man, $10 for 1000+ review imports from Amazon, Aliexpress, etc. for every product crazy! It comes with the best customer support (especially if you are not a coder like me, if there are any problems they come in and fix it for you) and a very clean look for your store. 100% recommend to anyone.

App is great, support...? Super fast response and just get things resolved. My review was not appearing under product name for some reason, Moshe fixed it like magic. I'm really looking to make some money so I can upgrade to the paid version too.
