Very good app. Appears basic at first but with their CS team's quick efforts, many possibilities and options are available. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app and the people that run it. The responses are fast. They will bend over backwards to fine tune anything in their capacity to your needs. They are managing 8000+ items for us with no issues (about a month in so far). They are so professional and enjoyable to work with I actually tried to hire them for other needs. If you need to sync eBay to Shopify store and maybe make a few changes along the way, these are your guys.

This app has been great and it provided all the tools I needed to sync my eBay Shop with my Shopify store. The developer always helped me avery time I run into issues or I needed some customization, so I greatly recommend this app for every merchant who needs to sell both on Ebay and Shopify.

Ideal, I am leaving Ebay and this App helped move all of my inventory over including the images. Before downloading the app I spent over 1 hour moving 20 listings. I chose to have all my Ebay inventory moved in one go but not to have it linked for price changes etc as I plan to leave Ebay shortly, so there was no need for me to have the integrated option. I tested the App for free then paid for the service I needed which, compared with the alternative, is great value for money. Been selling on eBay for 17 years and just with a few clicks all of my eBay listings were synced to Shopify. One of that functions that I need to block certain eBay listings was available. Save me hours of work.....Baretrees Mercantile

worked perfectly to move my listings from ebay to shopify. Allowed me to chose which ones I wanted transferred and blocked those I didn't want transferred. 5 stars!

My biggest problem has been listing and linking my eBay item on Shopify. This app is taking care of all the issues with duplicate selling and inventory management. My eBay listing have a template and they remove the code prior to transferring the listings. The monthly cost is worth every penny. Time saved is money earned.

I have used the eBay Professional Importer several times and it is wonderful! It has saved me so much time by importing my 600+ products from eBay. I highly recommend it!

Application did not work and I asked for a refund of the amount on the same day and uninstalled it from my store, but today I was charged I think so. absurd the company that does not have a return policy I was completely flattened my score is zero and if I could I would give it a lower grade.

This is a powerful yet very easy to use tool for importing hundreds of eBay listing to Shopify. This App is truly a time and money saver! I tried many similar tools but found EPI is outstanding because it imports eBay listings with all images completely and fast. It gets the content correctly even mixed with Asian characters. One thing that especially worth mention was their customer service was beyond my expectation. My original eBay listings came with web templates, which EPI imported completely as is by default. These templates were not compatible on Shopify and would display badly in Shopify pages. With hundreds of these products with templates, it would be unthinkable to remove them one by one after imported into Shopify. So I reached EPI team for help. To my surprise, I got reply from the team instantly. And within 24 hours they came up with a customized patch that was able to automatically remove all unwanted templates from eBay listings. And they do all these while I was still in Free-Trial stage. Now I am a 100% happy subscriber. Keep up the good job! Special thanks to Rohit.

I've used this app initially to import over 8000 ebay listings to my new shopify store, including my store categories. Now I'm using it to keep all my products in sync and it automatically loads my new eBay listings automatically into shopify. Works perfectly! Initially not all the fields I wanted were imported. Just ask and you will receive! Extremely quick responses to all my questions of which there were many. I highly recommend this app!

I've been using the app for several months and it's a real-time saver. It works as described by integrating my eBay store with my Shopify store. The customer service is top-notch. I was working with Pankaj who responded quickly when I reached out to them and he was able to satisfy my needs completely.

I used this app to convert my legacy ebay store items to our new Shopify Store. I also subscribe to the monthly sync that adjusts the inventory when I sell an item on either platform to prevent overselling our unique and one-of-a-kind items. The only con is that additional information needs to be updated in Shopify (tags, etc.) once the items are imported and that sometimes gets missed. There has been a bit of a learning curve on my part, however, the support Rohit has provided has been awesome. This app is a real time saver. Highly recommend.
