When I reached out via chat, I received a response in less than 5 minutes (that's a very short wait for chat services). The representative was helpful and quick to support my request. Using this app for my shopify store to offer discounts on my products. Fast customer service & the app is easy to use. Great for Pop-ups for when clients initially enter your website or while shopping. i like the editing features it offers as well for the pop-ups.

The pop ups have a variety of customizations available even for free, services are wonderful and the people have great communication and are very helpful! I’d definetly recommend this to someone else. It is also very beginner friendly.
