super easy app to use. Even when the label was not positioned in a way that I wanted on my page, the tech support team was super responsive and quickly made the adjustment for us. Will definitely continue using the service!

We use this app for our sale banners. There have been a few issues with conflicts between our store theme and this app, but their support team was fast in fixing it.

Didn't work on the Impulse template at first, emailed the developper and he/she fixed it. Works as advertised now.

Very useful app to highlight promotions, pre-orders and sales with product labels. Required some assistance with the label display and it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

create a label in illustrator and uploaded to this app. it was fairly easy to do but did not work at first, i sent an email to support and within a few hours my problem was solved by them! overall very happy with the app and support.

Still haven't managed to get this app to work and installed it on monday. Support is very very slow and their contact form doesn't work on their website, so had to contact them via Shopify. Hoping they can resolve my issues and get this app working. Update: App is now working after their help but still haven't been given a reason as to why it wasn't. The labels they have set up are a bit of a mess - the collections page on mobile has the label overlapping the side and not showing on one of the products requested. On desktop not showing up on the collection page at all. Customer service is very poor and very slow, I downloaded this nearly a week ago... It doesn't fill me with much confidence that if issues ever arise that they will be fixed let alone in a timely manner regardless of what plan you are on. Will stick with it for the time being but then will look at other apps with better customer service. FURTHER UPDATE: They have emailed me 5 days later citing email issues, as to why this hasn't been fixed. None of the issues above have been resolved yet and have had to re-iterate what is wrong. Fingers crossed that this time it is fixed in a timely manner.

So far it has been working well. Had a little issue upon launch which customer support was quick to respond to and very helpful. A++++

Love how easy it is to customize product labels with this app! It allows us to showcase our online sale items, hot items, new products, and more while still looking professional. Louis from Bolt Promotion Support helped us tweak our labels just the way we wanted.

The application is very intuitive to use, compatible with the others applications of the shop and the support is very reactive !

This app was good and suited my needs. Didn't work fully but support fixed the issue quickly and now it all works fine!

App worked from the start but support was able to make it function even better. Exactly what we were looking for.

The customer service is good. They respond as soon as possible. I had an issue with the app they rectified in a day itself.

We use this app to structure and add labels. If we find any issues regarding the functions the support-service is always happy to help you solve the problem.

It's okay - but the labels can take about 1 - 5 seconds to load after the main image has loaded, this is frustrating.

Great app but I have noticed that all labels no longer display on the product pages. They display on all collections fine. I have emailed support@boltpromotion.com and also contacted multiple times via the Support tab in the app itself but I have had no reply. UPDATE: The labels are now displaying again on the product pages.

Hello, we just realized that the app is trying to charge us by 69.99 USD, price that is quite expensive than the showed price in the app store, we are trying to figure out why the app is trying to charge that amount and also will be nice if you have a place where we can handle a ticket - support to talk about this, thanks!

Hello! This app works really well I just noticed that with my latest theme update, the labels get hidden behind the product image on a product page (fine on a collection page). Is there a way to fix this?

We just installed the free trial and it says after the trial the app is $69.99. The pricing above shows that the most expensive plan is $39.99/month. This is pretty deceptive. Update: They contacted us and told us that there are indeed higher charges for other plans such as the one we're on, but offered to honor the $39.99 price which we appreciate. The app does come with a lot of nice badges and is pretty easy to use. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well with the infinite loading feature of our collection pages; they were unable to resolve it and we've moved on to look for something else.

How do I cancel the subscription so that no charge is generated? I think that we should not say that there is a free plan.
