This app works great for me. The support team set everything up and got it working. You will need an art program such as photoshop for creating the base and mask for the designer bounders which look hard but is really easy once you do it. theres youtube vids to show you how. everything is setup with an easy to get around look and nothing complicated about the setting for your product. It does also give good css control so you can get your colors in there. only draw back I have is it does get some what slow in loading if you add alot of stock designs to the designer. Read somewhere that you can group them and it helps but havent tried yet. Overall once setup and going it is a good app.

Apparently they dont respond or help out like many of the other customizer developers. 4 months no return contact. delete. and refund please.

It is a real nightmare to set up the sample image. I struggled for 3 days and decided to remove the app from my store.

Yet another app that promises and does not deliver .... Come on Shopify, you need to start some quality control !

disappointed by the slow response & instagram feature not working

Fantastic app, that has everything you need, best app for product customisation on shopify. The customer service is fantastic, I have asked for it to be fitted to my theme, colours changed and all sorts of help and they have been fantastic, always a response and always a resolution. Definitely Recommended.

I must say I am very happy and impressed with this app. I searched and tried so many I was really getting discouraged. But then I found Customify. It is working like a charm. The code input was little scary but instructions well laid out and I'm zipping right along. Still setting things up in my shop BUT I've checked and checked the app all is good but one hiccup. It's in the mobile app and they are working on it. When I emailed support they got right back to me. Peace of mind. That's worth a LOT. Thanks Customify!

So far no resposne after 4 days from anyone regarding installation or any questions.

I was really disappointed with Support. During our free trail, they only helped with installation. When I had issues with variants and a few other things, they never emailed back. I didn't want to continue past the trial without knowing that the app would work for us.

Developer is very good help once get replied, he/she even get me some custom coding to merge my theme, I have to say that is very outstanding. By the reason I seeing many Developer will ask for lots of money for some sample modified to match the theme selected. but sorry to say that, response time are kind of very slow. few days to get answer, dont know why, most shopify Developer reply slow, but they do a wonderful app anyway. Is hard for setting up the apps when someone like me in a hurry and not coding person also new to shopify. This is very good app with some improvement and kind of user friendly. Having order detail about which image and text customer type and selected would be much better when for produce custom product. -Image upload more than one. -Assign graphic to different collection -Pop up/switch window by clicking design button, loading the designer app on every product page when start will turn customer down. -Using less image layer -Allow Gif rather then PNG for Glare will speed up the loading time. For who need sample customization product, I definitely recommended, and this low cost for testing out.

Fantastic support, always friendly and have solved any issues we have had in the past, Will keep using this app and would recommend to anybody who wants to provide a service for customers to create their own products.

Great app for the price and the support team was willing to do some customizing for the install on our store. Really appreciate the extra effort and for making an affordable plugin.

No response from Customify team in regards to helping me install app. I really wanted this app for my customers whom are begging for these features but I can't sit around for days just waiting for a response. App deleted, moving on. (sad face)

The app works seamless with our store theme, the custom design function also works great, if we could use for printing the image which directly download, no need modify, that will be much more perfect. Now it is already very helpful to our business. And the customer services really great, giving us suggestion to improve the appearance. Very Helpful.

Just recently got this app and love it! The customization feature will be a big part of our business so the features this app provides is perfect. We also have modified it to our liking with ease of use via CSS and have recommended a few features that have now been implemented. Customer support is quick and very helpful! Great app!!

I downloaded this app as beta after attempting to implement customization with a couple other apps. We had a specific need and this app meets many of them.The support team has been phenomenal. I asked a couple silly questions and they were very patient and helped walk me through a specific template change for our instance. This is an excellent app with a great support team. Definitely recommended.
