Priyanka was super helpful in helping me turn off my subscription when I was having issues. Will definitely give it a try again once they have fixes to the issues I was having with the app.

I was in trouble with the tags and the product pricing groups but Kelsey and Rahul were very helpful and I'm happy they solve all my problems!

Great App just make sure you know it does not work well with Bold subscriptions and product options.

I have used the Bold Custom Pricing Wholesale App for 2 years and 1 Month now. I can't believe that I have not written a review for it yet. Better late than never. I wouldn't have been using this App for the past 25 months if I didn't love it. I like how I can choose whether or not to use variants. The only thing that I do not like about the non-variant method is that I can not use coupon codes during the checkout. This is a Shopify limitation and has nothing at all to do with the Bold Custom Pricing App. Come on Shopify! Make it possible to use multiple discount codes during checkout. This App has worked perfectly to give my customers the proper discounts. Very easy to use. The Support is fantastic. Always quick to respond. I recently changed Themes. Contacted support asking if they could install the code on the new theme. Installed the code within 2 business days of my request. In the next couple of weeks, I will be using the Bold Discounts Sales App. Update December 13, 2019 I upgraded my Theme to a newer version of the same Theme. Had to re-install the code. Bold Apps has an automatic code install which makes installing the code fast and easy. But there were a few minor issues with the code install where I needed to contact Bold support. In less than 12 hours from my Support request, Brenda logged into my store and corrected the issues. The staff at Bold Commerce are very friendly and offer world-class technical support.

Installed Bold Quantity Breaks on our site csb-battery.ca Brenda returned my call promptly and new exactly what need to be done to get our site up and running with the app. The Bold Team did the install and it was done in less than two hours. So far it works great. Michael csb-battery.ca

The app does what it promises, yet I'm more impressed by their customer service. They helped me out with EVERYTHING and at a very rapid speed as well. Big shoutout to ma boy Eric, he solved all of my problems!

Very fast responding support, very friendly. The app may not always work as intended of the first try, but if you ask for support, it gets fixed really fast. I installed this custom pricing app from a recommendation thinking it was the quantity breaks (QB) app. I also configured it and installed the subsequent module code for custom pricing and quantity breaks thinking it was just the quantity breaks. I reached out to customer service chat and spoke to a Kelsey. It was a great experience! I only wanted the QB app. They helped me uninstall what I had installed initially, publish my back up theme, then walked me through to install just the QB app. What we realized is the QB app rolls into the custom pricing version. Somehow, my settings were saved. In conclusion, my understanding is that the QB module code is only installed on my store, not both modules. I feel better that dormant code is not sitting in my files. I have yet to get a sale but a encouraged by the customer service excellence so far. The install part is intermediate level difficult, but I took my time and reached out for help when I needed to Kelsey. I would recommend a way more simple install process. Maybe, a walkthrough wizard of some sort. This process could have gone way out of control for me and very overwhelming. Not liking how files stay dormant when you uninstall. This would mean I would have to manually remove any and all code to clean my theme or just publish my backup. We will see how it goes, but so far so good, overall. Thanks!

This app is excellent. The support team are incredible, not just fixing an installation issue I had but even tailoring it to exactly what I wanted. Amazing stuff! :)

It does what it's suppose to do. Sometimes it doesn't allow customers to check out properly but with a few minor fixes, it works perfectly. Puffpuffpassit.com

I use the new theme, very complicated new theme and initially this app doesn't work well. I tried around with alternative but get back because I used it on my other store. Go directly to support eam and ask them to install the custom code. A lot of email back and forth and the support team resolve the problem well. 100% as my expectation. The support guy Guri helps me a lot. I appreciate that support guy Guri and recommend this app
