Good app and excellent support staff. They are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we have.

I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky. Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for. It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store. They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails. Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

Great support - been through 20+ emails together and we finally got the desired UI. Super patient along the way, and very consistent support.

A great app to use for your store - gives you the opportunity to manually add recommendations & add ons across your site. As a new user of this app I have had the best support for the Cross Sell Support Team - they're happy to answer any queries and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.

The app was easy to install and the cross sell support team were helpful in answering my questions. There were a few things that needed to be changed to suit our branding however this was done promptly :)

This app has perfectly transformed my website to allow customers to add items to smash and select upgrades for my rage room. I installed another third party app that interfered with the Cross Sell & Cart Upsell app. I sent a message to the Jorge, and their dev team added code to my store and fixed the issue. Their response time was fast too. Thank you Jorge and coders.

We have been using the Cross Sell app for a few months now and we have seen an increase on sales from it. We needed some help updating the app to show specific products and the customer service team was fast and helpful.

This is one of the best apps I use - it more than pays for itself. I love that it lets me hand-pick which items to suggest for each product. That helps my shop keep its small biz feel even though I'm using a big-biz tool.

The team help customize the a 2 column display on mobile.. The team promptly did this free of charge. :)

I had a layout question to Cross Sell and they helped me straight away without any faff. Thank you team!

Excellent customer service. App working well so far and has improved our cross sell efforts. No other feedback at this time.

I love this app, we have beeen using it for quite a while. A recent update created a problem with double posting the cross sells on our site, and they responded and fixed it almost as fast as I can write this review. Top tier support! Edit 9-30-22: Once again they blow me away with their support. Had an issue implementing a new theme, and they fixed the issue, updated my version of their app (we were still running an older version) and tweaked the code to make it look awesome. A+ support all around!

Super helpful team and great app! Very happy with the service as had a problem with slow loading and they fixed it for me right away :) Would recommend.

Great app for upswell / cross-sell in three instances. Works well! Especially because it is customizable and flexible and smart.

Tried this app, wasn't working properly so I immediately uninstalled. Was still charged for a full month with NO way to contact the company. I would appreciate if you would reach out to me to get this taken care of please.

A simple and easy integration into your shop! Many options for customizations when it comes to cross selling products. Equipped with an extremely helpful and responsive customer service team who are more than willing to help you with your cross sells!

The app is excellent and easily integrated into your store. The support team are extremely helpful, quick to respond and on-hand to help if you have any questions or difficulties setting things up. Couldn't recommend this app and team more.

This app is so easy to use! It has done exactly what we needed it to do and is very easy to customize to match our store's theme. We've been using the app for some time now, extremely easy to use and the customer service is fantastic.

It is a nice app and works well but they have a crazy pay-per-click pricing policy for upsells. They priced themselves out of the running and we found another app just as good for a set price.

This app is really customizable and the support team is top notch! They are fast in their replies and can help you customize the app even further. I would definitely recommend this app!
