My name is Mohammad El Medawar. I have a website called TrainerMohammad.com. I wanted an LMS with unlimited number of users. After a lot of searching, I found this app and I can definitely give it a 5 over 5 1- The team is very responsive to my emails 2- The thing that I liked the most about the communication with the team is that, in case you dislike exchanging emails, they can do ZOOM calls. This is what they did with me several times. We were able to properly communicate and exchange ideas and understand everything properly 3- The team is very flexible in terms of modification. Every time I request an update, they immediately solve it, and in case it is not clear for them, they ask you to send them a screenshot or a video recording to assist you. 4- Although I'm requesting additional customizations, but they are not taking any additional amount of money. All these modifications are within the package that I bought. 5- When I first tried their app, it didn't work properly on my SCORM files. So, I reached out to them, and I sent them a sample of SCORM files. Believe it or not, they modified the whole app and they included the type of SCORM files that I have.

I just started my first online course with the app and I'm so happy with this app. It is simple to use and the support is great and super fast! The developers do a great job and I'm looking forward to get surprised by them with new features.

Great customer service. Integration with Shopify is not perfect but working. Looking forward to uploading more courses!

This APP is very easy to use ! Thanks to the developpers for their hard work. I love it. User friendly, direct and simple to set up. I honestly don't know what would I do with this application. I want to report to Shopify fraud activity by this team. They are selling empty courses and refusing responsibility for their actions. They don't provide valid support, neither are they refunding ater admitting their mistakes. I gave them access to my store and they solved NOTHING. I recommend everyone to stay away from these people and all the apps they create. They are unprofessional and incompetent.

I am still in the setup phase, but so far I really like this app. The customer service in particular is very helpful, nice, and quick to respond. I wanted the app to fit into my website's theme and they quickly fixed it for me. Excited to launch soon!

The support team is amazing! I usually get a reply in 5-10min., but today on Saturday I even got my reply right after 2min. I highly recommend. The support team DO read the messages, and they DO request only info that was really missing in my email. Short and very effective communication. And not only today! Cheers team, you are amazing! PS: I highly recommend the product - the app. I am using it second year. It's easy to use with no previous knowledge, especially when you are a one man show and don't have 10+ people team or any time to waste. Thank you! It's a pleasure to work with you. Really nice and simple online Course that perfectly integrates with other products in Shopify. The Support team is brilliant and always there to go an extra mile to fulfill all your requests. Couldn't ask for more!

We experienced some problems with the Courses Plus app when we first turned it on and began offering our first course. I was able to work closely with the Architech dev team to resolve the issue within 24 hours (over a weekend, no less). They were prompt, friendly, and helpful, and so far we have had no other issues!

Amazing app doing all what expensive platforms like Kajabi does but everything stay clean inside Shopify. Support was also very reactive and helpful. Thanks for this great app.

I have been using this program for about a year and am very happy! I have a complicated and large program and it's been working great. Usually there are no issues, but whenever there are -- I am at peace knowing the customer service team will get back to me ASAP. They support team is friendly, inquisitive and quick! Def reccomend!

I checked out all the course app options for Shopify and I am by far more impressed with Courses Plus than any of the other ones. It does exactly what it says it will do and it's delivering everything I need for my business.

Courses Plus is the answer to my tech prayers! I have been looking for a way to sell information products along with e-commerce for over five years, and this app is everything I dreamed of and more. I no longer need to have a separate course platform and awkwardly try to connect it to my Shopify site through complicated funnels. Not only does this app work great-their support is fantastic. I look forward to a long relationship with Courses Plus!

I am excited, if you have already created courses or products in the past, and also have already been sold, you can simply connect your products. You don't create a product in this app, but you simply add the courses category to your products. Then you go into the app and create your content. All past customers will automatically have access to your courses.

Let me start with customer service is superb! The course looks super legit. Super easy to set up. I can’t wait to see how this goes!

I've been using Courses to host our several masterclasses, and it's been terrific so far. The support has been phenomenal, they even added a new button feature request (basically overnight), and the customer's view interface is pretty good. V happy on all those fronts. The only thing I would say is that I'm not sure what I'll do if I max out on my current lesson allowance - the jump up to the final tier would be beyond our budget. The pricing seems to assume that any business with more than 100 lessons is a corporation, but there are many small-ish businesses like mine with several multi-chapter classes that can stack up pretty quickly. That aside, I totally recommend this app. Thanks again for the support so far!
