It has been less than a week since I've used this new app and I'm loving the new feature! We ctually received feedback from on of our customers mentioning that they loved the fact we keep evolving our social content and provided a discount code for the next time they shopped. The discount codes are self generating and I don't have to worry about managing it. Would love to see their be an option to integrate the positive feedback on our website to showcase to our future customers. Looking forward to seeing how the successful the next few weeks will be.

Awesome app easy to use, receipts look amazing and functional

This app is great, though one drawback is that it doesn't actually integrate with Shopify's default order confirmation email, which is a bummer. Supposedly this is a limitation of Shopify that will be fixed "soon". Regardless, your customers will end up getting two emails, the one Shopify sends when the order is created, and the second one Receiptful sends when the payment is captured, so be aware.

Beautiful and ridiculously easy to set up. I'm still amazed that this product is free.

Receiptful is SO easy to use and instantly makes your Receipts look professional, and exciting! You can completely customise the looks so they are coherent with your brand identity. Their customer support is awesome too if you have any questions. Receiptful is a necessary component to Shopify!!! I hope Shopify will fully integrate Receiptful so that we can send 1 receipt instead of 2 but this is fully customisable in the mean time. :)

I wanted an app that gave my customers an automatic discount on their next order. Seeing how Receiptful does more than that AND displays great-looking receipts, I had to try it. I've been using Adii's Wordpress plugins ever since he started calling himself a rockstar, so I knew this would be good.

Fantastic app. Provides a much more customer centric communication, and the support is out of this world! Can't wait to see what else these guys come up with.

Just the right amount of customization available, and great customer service. Hopefully Shopify will allow disabling of the automatic "Order Confirmation" email sometime soon (not an issue of Receiptful's). For now I've fixed this issue by using Recieptful for the actual receipt, and the Shopify email as a "Your order is now being processed, and will be shipped out within 1-3 days" kind of message (so that the customer won't get confused by two receipts). Thanks for a great, affordable service! :)

Great look and feel. I've only just installed the app and haven't had much feedback from customers, but the team was super helpful in setting everything up. I definitely recommend the app!

I like the way the receipt looks.

Shopify notifications are horribly plain. I am a huge fan of the platform, but we need some help with notification. These guys do that. Orders confirmations already look a 1000x better. They have support articles too that help you fix up some of your other Shopify auto notifications as well. This is a great tool for any business.

Really cool app!! The receipt looks awesome, and very useful to offer rewards, other options to buy, referral program and more!! The only drawback is that you will be sending 2 mails to the customer (shopify, and receiptful), but as they said, it still makes the conversion rise!! Totally recommend it!

I love the idea of the receipts, but with the many email templates that shopify has to send to customers it would be much nicer if they had other templates suitable to that as well.

Great look, installed it and customised a receipt in seconds. Also love the upsell feature. Most importantly.. its FREE. Great work guys! :)

Generally it's a fantastic App, however it still feels a little undercooked and as if it's not quite at its potential. My reason for saying this is the almost entirely based on the flexibility of the Upsell function, which is my primary reason for choosing Receiptful. It would simply be much more beneficial as a user to be able to customise the parameters for each Upsell function more - personalise the discount voucher, giving the options of excluding collections and tags, or conversely only including particular items or collections. The same with free shipping - including or excluding particular items, collections, tags, and even countries. It's no good giving free shipping to everyone and having all profits chewed up by extra shipping costs to customers overseas. So, just being able to customise countries this applies to would be fantastic. Otherwise, functionally it is a great App with a great user interface.
