This is what I call customer support, my rep did not hang up the phone or end the WhatsApp chat until I was completely set up.

I used this app to connect my shopify store to walmart Seems easy to use customer service was helpful . The customer service agent did her best and helped me to get the app to work. The app helps intergrate your shopify store with walmart quickly and easily .

The customer support and their App Services are excellent. Every time I have a problem, I just click the chat button in the app and literally within a minute someone is online to chat with me. When it comes to the App functionality I have had very good experience as well. In comparison with other Integration Apps, this one is right up there with the best. The app is snappy, clear instructions and fast Customer service support. It does exactly what I need it to do. Managing my Walmart catalog has been made so much more easier and efficient because of this app.

Although there are some little idiosyncrasies with this app, the customer support is great and they help you figure it out. Once you get the hang of it, and stop making little errors, it is pretty easy to use and you don't need support. When you do, they are very fast to answer you and help by guiding you through the steps or correcting your errors. Totally recommend if you are a Walmart.com seller.

Customer Service so far is 5 stars. Never have to wait long on the chat to get an answer for a problem or question we have. The process to get he app connected and working is not difficult but you will probably need a little customer service support to guide you along during the 7 day free test period. Customer Service helped us and in fact they did some of the back end work for us in the set up process. Most of the issues we have in encountered so far is with Walmart itself. They move at a little slower pace than we are use to. Overall, the app works for us and we are giving it a year one period to see how it works out for our business. So far so good on the app . Updated: We have had this app now for almost a year and the customer service is the best of any app we use in Shopify. We may add a few more apps from this company over the next year. It is nice to ask for help using chat and minutes later it is fixed and done. Great!

Look no further - 24/7 support, easy integration, friendly interface, great customer service! I took me about 48h and we were up and running. I'm so happy I chose CedCommerce. It must be the best integration app I've seen on Shopify. Thank you!

Awesome app and wonderful customer service!! Great App functionality I've tried other Integration Apps but this one is the best.

The app works great and the support is wonderful as well. I needed help with mapping categories and the support person did it for me. It does not get easier than that.

Great support! I was having trouble getting everything synced and they were very responsive to help me. The products uploaded successfully to Walmart with all our pictures, pricing and description, so it worked! :)

The app is pretty handy to upload product directly to Walmart. Works very well and their customer service is lighting fast and they are there to help all the way.

The staff at CedCommerce has been helpful in helping me understand the initial setup of my catalogue with Walmart.com The mapping can be a little tricky but they are always ready to help. Ken It has now been a couple of months and cedcommerce has help a bunch. Walmart has been an issue but that is another story. I would recommend them. Great customer support - will work hours with you until you reach a solution. Very easy to operate and good functionality. Early stages of Walmart and integration can be confusing and this team is full of experts willing to help.

Very help and kind. Customer services was able to give additional information and solved complex problems. They resolve and very responsive. The interface does need a bit of user friendly touches but that's because there is a lot of capabilities. I enjoy the help and learning about the integration which makes very seamless to do our work.
