I haven't used the app yet cause I still have things to do so my rating is for the customer service which was excellent

The app in itself is sort of confusing. But I'm a dinosaur so what do I know? I know this... their customer service team has some wizards on board. Harsh helped me set up my IG shop in minutes. A task that I had failed to do dozens of times over the last few weeks. All in all, I'd say a pretty good experience.

I use this app for easy Connect my shopify store with Facebook. To have connection without a app like this, it is quiet difficult to have it correctly. I also had some problems with connection with this app, but I got a very good and professional help from CdCommerce.

I knew about the app via Shopify and the reviews were amazing so I tried it out and the customer service is top notch, thanks to the person who helped me with the process from step one to the later. It is also easy to use and understand the App. I am happy to start the journey all the way with CED!

After spending several days trying to setup the integration with meta without any success but with this app and with the help of their top-notch customer service the integration's been set up in minutes. I recommend this app 100%.

I am clueless about how to set up a Facebook shop; Akshay set up a google meeting and sent me the meeting link through the app's chatbot, then, asked me to share my screen, and guided me patiently to set up the Facebook shop. So far the support has been nothing short of amazing.. I had been using another app for this for a few years and it was always so hard to work out with no support and I was unable to tag products.. it was driving me crazy.. we are still finishing off the final set up but I have great confidence that all will be ok with the level of support I have now received.
