If I could give more stars I would. When I signed up they set the app up for me within 5 minutes. I had some customizations and they took care of them for me. Had an issue down the road and when I needed it resolved they answered promptly and went in and did the work for me. Can't say enough good about these people. By the way the app is worth every bit too.

My experience with Abandoned cart recovery was a pleasure. They got right on it and didn't mind helping me. They are very thoughtful and very sincere about their job. They answered me right away in the chat box and didn't leave me with doubts. They asked about my design logo if i wanted it added i said yes. They got right on top of it and didn't hesitate to make it happen. I have been through a very rough day and this has surely uplifted my spirits with getting my store right. This has by far been the best experience i have dealt with since i have started my online business and would recommend this service to anyone out their and their business. If i could give this company 10 stars i would give just that. This is definitely by far the best company i have dealt with.
