Brilliant. After importing 4000 products into Shopify, my tags are a mess. This is saving me a lot of hassle fixing them in bulk. Being free is terrific. Will take a look at their paid apps due to this.

Great app, especially as it is free! Very quick to process the tags and extremely happy with the results. From a functionality basis, the only slight issue is that you cannot add tags based on vendor, but no dramas if you have brand collections! Support were extremely quick to respond to my query about this too! Great job guys, saved me a big headache updating my store front

Quite useful, but we choosed to try it to massivaly/bulk modify collections values related to tags, especially to maintain orderered product and collections after synced with different dropship catalogues. So we are not satisfied about functions because it's not a bulk apply, but a bulk partial edit. Hello, we are searching for a tool to bulk edit the collection, conditions, not only tag assignment, the use case it's to ADD massively 2 conditions and Tags to products in a Synced product catalog. The practical example is: Synced Category = Special Gifts; Synced Condition = TAG IS internal-category-2558. What we have to do? -> FOR EACH CATEGORY: SELECT CATEGORY; GET CATEGORY NAME to "CATEGORY_NAME" (Special Gifts); GET CONDITIONS and VALUES SELECT VALUE OF CONDITION BY PREFIX like "internal-category"(* = Number) (Regex??); SET AVAILABILITY CONDITION VALUE: "AVAILABILITY" = 1 ADD TAG "CATEGORY_NAME" (Special Gifts) TO ALL PRODUCTS WITH TAG "internal-category-2558"; ADD CATEGORY CONDITION WHERE TAG IS "CATEGORY_NAME"(Special Gifts); ADD CATEGORY CONDITION WHERE STOCK IS + OF "AVAILABILITY" (1); SAVE; ELABORATE NEXT; CAPABILITY TO RUN AS SCHEDULED TASK; Next to do? the feature i really need is featured here but it requires a really expensive add on app made from them aswell :( i'm sure glad your free.. you can be useful sometimes, but most of my tag editing that needs to search the description is done with a different app please don't hide great apps and features behind expensive paywalls. i can barely even afford my store right now and you expect me to pay 30$CAD extra on top of my 75$CAD store cost just for one little important admin feature? darn, i'm sorry :( it's okay though. things eventually work out

It deleted all my tags and didn't update the new ones. I had to manually add all the tags again. This app shouldn't be in the Shopify store.

This app was extremely helpful & did exactly what I was looking for! I was trying to bulk add tags to all the items in each of my collections & was unable to do so through shopify alone. I found this app & within 5 minutes I had the desired tags applied to every item in my collections. This would have taken me hours if done manually! App is also very easy to use. Thank you Power Tools for creating this app!

Rock and roll!! Highly recommended for adding product tags faster than the Shopify bulk product editor. Slice and dice tags. Updating a tag, effectively renames the tag. Keep in mind the renamed tag is a new tag. Automated collections dependent on the old tags will need to be updated with the new tags. So a good best practice is to first add tags rather than replace them. Then you can update the smart collections switching the old tags to the your new tags over time. Don't hesitate. Go for Bulk Edit Tags by Power Tools. You won't regret it.

I was having issues trying to find each record that contained a specific search item. I figured I would check to see if there was an app that might help. YES! The Bulk Tag Editor is perfect for what I needed to get done. I have been able to use it for additional changes to my listings so that helps even more. Definitely recommend that you at least check if out

Simple but infinitely valuable when needed, especially if you have a lot of tags and/or SKUs.

The labels that this app places only serve for its own use as a way to classify the products of a store. In no way do they serve to promote the products and that the client sees them because they are not seen by the public. It is not what I was looking for because I need to place a label on the photo of the products that are in promotion. The support service is very slow.
