This app helped us offer bulk discounts to our customers in time for the holiday season. We had some trouble setting it up but Amandeep in customer support was an incredible help and we are up and running!

Ich habe die App zum automatischen generieren von Staffelpreisen ausgewählt. Zunächst hatte ich einige Probleme, da die App nicht mit meinem Theme harmoniert hat, aber durch den Super Support wurde diese Problem schnell und problemlos gelöst. Absolut empfehlenswert!

nope. The app has no way of showing the customer the discount has been applied until you go to the cart. its confusing. Customers complain about how mysterious the discount is. Not a good look when you are going for transparency and honesty. I asked them to change it and they blew me off. I will be finding another discounter app that works properly.

I have been using this app for a while now and had a small technical issue with discounts being applied. I contacted customer support via the chat icon and it was fixed within 10 minutes. That sort of service is what keeps customers, I recommended this app.

Amazing support!! Amandeep responded the chat in about a minute and helped me solve an issue in my store's theme that was creating a conflict with discount codes. Solved it in a few minutes. Great app, been working with it for a couple of years now and I have no complaints! Really recommended it.

Thanks to Amandeep and Bulk Discounts Now team. Had some weird format issues but they fixed them as soon as I asked. They are available on chat fairly quickly to help with problems.

There are so many bugs in this app when you try to discount bundles, etc... and you can't fully utilize the Shopify promotional tools. It also doesn't interface well with subscription apps. The support staff, particularly Rasheem has been helpful but we find ourselves having to reset the app and reach out to their dev team about once a week. It's very frustrating.

Complete waste of time with these guys - I spoke to someone called Amandeep 1 week ago and explained exactly what type of discounts we offer, e.g. mix and match and explained how these work, after which I was told their app could offer this feature. Then, after 3 days of contacting them trying to enable their free trial, which failed due to a technical error, finally got this working today - only to have wasted another 4 hours trying to set the discounts up because their support assistant has just come back to me to say "I do apologize for this, I will contact him and talk about it because we cannot waste merchants time saying that we have something when we do not"... I wish these app developers would be a bit more honest and stop wasting valuable time.

Tried to use this app to setup discount offers, but it did not meet the requirements. It has limited features and flexibility. Can be used only for a very specific use-case. Good customer support though.

Although you can set a tiered discount, there is no discount when paying, and the customer service does not reply
