Wonderful app and very easy to set up. Customer service was great and helped every step of the way. Even helped to change my theme for me. I would definitely recommend this app.

Great instant help, which you always expect from a product you dont know how to use, but almost never happens that way, so it was really helpful for me, how fast they answered all my question so I could set up my spin wheel and had it up in my page in less than 20 min

I've recently got the Wheelify app and I'm hoping for the best. Setting it up was pretty easy thanks to the support I got through the online chat. Alan was a great help and shared screenshots through out to make sure I understood what he was referencing. Highly recommend getting this app just for the service alone. Terrible. Impossible to unsubscribe and it charges you after 300 impressions which happens in about 2 days. The app is super glitchy.

Would recommend, very helpful staff!! Easy to adjust and easy to keep customers!

Good evening. I had the pleasure of working with Ross this evening, which just so happened to be Thanksgiving evening. I'm in Alaska and its 9pm here, so I can only imagine what time it is where he is working from. I had a couple of questions along the way, nothing like doing this 3 hours before I wanted to have it online. Ross was so patient, helpful and kind. I have only just loaded the app onto my Shopify so I don't have any practical experience with the app just yet. That being said the Customer Service is AMAZING!! The instant help through the Chat was FANTASTIC.. Sam was incredibly helpful walking me through the steps and very patient. THANKS
