Reviews for Booster: Discounted Upsells

Just installed the app and so far, so good. Will see how it goes and will write another review in a few days. Pricing is a little expensive so that's why I'm giving it a 3/5 just for now.

The App is for my store perfect and certanly for every other store too. I got so many upsells from it, CRAZY!

Just started using it, but I like so far how easy it is to use and seems to do a great job with upselling.

Simple to set up. Helps to cross sell or promote other products that you want to show your customers.

At first I had a little technical issue and Lalaine was super helpful! She quickly corrected the issue and now the app is working fine. App has been great thus far!

I used this AP too up-sell and it works well so far. it allows the business to generate quick sale opportunities and target specific market groups. I will continue to use this app as long as it performs.

Needs to auto sort by product automatically. Right now it randomly puts products together. Other than thata, its fine.

The setup was quick and easy, no code installs or complicated steps needed. The auto suggestions are also nice.

I normally never give a bad review, as there is always a level of understanding that things don't always work. But if your app is going to damage my theme to the point where my site cannot load it's home page or product pages and there is no sense of urgency to help fix it, then I have to give it a 1 star review. I Caution all to check with your theme developer before installing.

I just finished setting up my first upsell. It was easy to setup with straight forward instructions. Hopefully, this increases my cart value.

Customer service is a real DISASTER, I have waited too much time to get an answer from them and my trial ran out in this period. Their response time takes more than a week and they are not trying to solve the issues, they suggest me to remove my product variants to run the app correctly. UNBELIEVABLE. Would definitely not recommend!! UPDATE: After our comment, Booster Apps contacted us and offered the app %100 free of charge and get it up and running. We thought that our complaint finally reached to the right people. However after several emails and several months, still no response from them. We want you to know that you can not get support when you have a problem. Not recommended...
