So far, so good! We've been using it for a few months and enjoy the functionality of the app as well as the customer service. Paola and Seri were helpful in getting me setup and showing me some of the customization features available.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service provided by Billie. I received timely assistance and was sent the necessary instructions to complete my installation successfully. The follow-up to ensure I completed the steps correctly was much appreciated. This level of service is often talked about but rarely seen. Billie was kind and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

We wanted to display product variants in the collection page instead of standard shopify product listings being displayed and this is the only app that actually works without any issues out of the box. Additionally we also needed some additional customizations to better fit our design and support was really helpful and really quick to come up with solution. If you want terrible images and your site speed to slow down tremendously. Then this app will be right up your ally. The reports never work and after over 6 months we can't attribute one sale to this APP. Poor Customer Service. Very difficult to use and they are constantly changing the app that it's impossible to intergrate with Shopify. Not worth the money. I held back from writing this review for over 2 month now and nothing has changed. I would not reccomend this app to my worst enemy.

Have been using boost for over a year now and have not had any issues with the app. Recently had a minor problem with boost and another app but a thorough explanation was provided by BOOST and all has been resolved. 100% recommend.

We have faced issue on collection page infinite loading and its been 2 days we are trying to contact the app support to get this solved but unfortunately the support reply is too slow and the issue is still there. Using paid app and not getting proper support is lacking from their end

Great application that improves search/recommendations. We've had some troubles with making sure it works well with Shopify Markets feature, but thanks to amazing support it was resolved.

Terrible customer service, I have to constantly repeat myself in order to get their bugs fixed and they tried to charge me for that as well. Their customer service rep Jayson is the biggest time waster there is, at one point he wasted an entire month of my time without doing ANYTHING. Look elsewhere, these people have lost their reputation and their competitors are getting ahead of them. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm leaving.
