I really love this app. I had a little issue which Sunny helped me with. She was so sweet. And it was actually something I had to change in my Shopify. I would highly recommend this app!

For a free app, there is a lot of flexibility for customization and the app itself is very intuitive overall. As others have stated, support is quite responsive as well as open to questions and ideas as well.

Even though this is a newer app in the Loyalty Program category, this is the one to watch. Even though it's still new overall, the layout of the dashboard and settings is very modern and easy to use. The good news is they are diligently adding new and more advanced features very quickly. They are also very open to suggestions...this alone will help this app grow and most likely pass their competitors even faster. As with most apps, they typically end up being only as good as their support. So far, BON has proven to be stellar at this, especially working with their team member, Sunny.

This app is very easy to use... lots of options to customise to suit your theme and the team is very supportive. Tracy was available to answer any of the questions. Highly reccomend!

So far this app is amazing! The customer service is great and readily available to jump in and solve any issues or answer any questions!

I just downloaded this app and it is extremely easy to navigate! I have wanted to do a rewards program for my customers and this app is making it easy to build! I will be launching my rewards program in a week and super excited to see how this program will encourage more sales and returning customers.

If anyone are looking for a loyalty program related application to grow with your business, I would recommend you Bon Loyalty! They have excellent customer service and support. More importanlty, they value customer's feedback. Althought this app is releativly new here, I think it is worthy your attempt! I am so happy that i found it. Sunny was amazing and help me with a few questions I had. She was so patient, attentive and offered suggestions. She even answered my questions off her business hours. I really love all of the features of this app. It gives you various ways for customers to receive rewards and offers several ways to redeem rewards. Easy to use too.

I LOVVVEEEE this application! Switch from a paid loyalty app to this and it really helped me alot in terms of financing! The UI is also very pretty. Cannot recommend this app enough! Easy to install and set up especially as I am not very technical minded. It is easy to customise the earn points requirement and the redeem points selection. Being able to to rename the points system, use my brand colours and my own widget icon to ensure it was inkeeping with my brand was great! The customer support is also amazing, Carla & Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went smoothly. Thank you so much to the developers for creating something so wonderful, if i could give you 10 stars I would!

This app is great. There are a lot of possibilities it offers. The support is more than great, Carla helped me and guided me step by step through the app and explained all the possibilities. What I really liked was their desire to hear what suits us as users, what needs to be improved, what options still need to be introduced. I recommend everyone who is considering this type of application to opt for this one, as it has everything you need as a user, functionality, a beautiful look, many options, and perfect customer support.

I just installed this app. So far it has been very easy to install, customisation is a breeze and easy integration. A great free plan and the customer service amazing. I hear there are email notifications being launched soon which will be take it to the next level. A great app and plan for my business just starting out.

LOVE THIS APP!!!! I instantly had a small issue with the icon size and chatted w/Carla and was helped also by the tech and it was fun just chatting w/Carla while waiting for the fix. I 100% refer this app/company to all businesses. They are awesome people, professional and they replied to my needs on there away time. Give them a chance if you don't want to deal with any BS from other rewards programs out there. They fixed the issue and I am very satisfied.
