After installing they had our site updated and ready to go within the day. The app works very well and the staff is friendly and efficient. We aren't currently using the app but is worked how it is described. Definitely the best free gift app around. Also works with ajax as well as the standard shopify add-to-cart forms

Just installed but 100% happy with this app so far, runs seamlessly on our store and support is awesome. We needed some little tweaks done and they were done quickly and well. We do loads of promotions so this app saves a lot of time and makes life very easy for our customers.

Downloaded the app yesterday and emailed support to install update. It was done very quickly. Brian even created 2 example rules in our store! Excellent service! We can't wait to give this app a test drive.

We originally wrote a 5-start review but that was mostly down to the very good support that we received in setting up this app. Now that we've been using it for a while here's a more accurate review. Like too many of these Shopify apps it simply does NOT do what it is supposed to do. Integration with Shopify is awful and had has cost us 100's of hours in unnecessary customer support where the free gift hasn't triggered. We are still using the app ... but that's only because we haven't really had the time to search for something better. Certainly would not (and have not) jump at taking any other apps from these guys. Just too full of bugs and shortcomings. It's about a year since we started using this and haven't seen any real fixes for the terrible deficiencies. Shame. Could be really good.

Secomapp's Free Gifts app is a fantastic concept with almost perfect execution. I've been using their app for well over a year now and have seen it evolve. The team is always responsive when it comes to customer service. The app is very flexible and allows for a lot of creativity with promotions. My only 2 gripes are when a customer meets the criteria for a free gift, it can sometimes take a few extra seconds for the gifts to load in the shopping cart, which, from a UX standpoint results in the occasional customer complaint. Also, if I'm offering free gifts on two separate products, it gets confusing as to what the customer is getting and why. All in all, I'm happy!

We absolutely love FREE GIFTS by Secomapp app for Shopify. It - seriously - does everything we hoped and more! . . . and even more on top of what we hoped for . . . Additionally, the support, guidance and assistance we received was above and beyond what we've experienced from any app. THANK YOU!!! ADDED NOTE TO ALL: they offer to assist with installation of the app for free . . . do yourself a favor . . . TAKE THEM UP ON THEIR OFFER!!! . . . It will truly help you out immensely.

This app works great. Simple and easy and did what we need. Also the support is awesome - Louis did the install with us and then turned around some custom styling tweaks to our theme within ten minutes!!

Tech support was quick and extremely helpful.

It's the first time that I offer a free gift with every candle bought and I've used the app to allow me to do that. I launched an email campaign to promote the offer and the result has been amazing. I didn't realise my customers would be so engaged with this offer. So glad I purchased Seccomap. They offer great support and since it's a monthly fee, I'll make sure that I use the app regularly. I haven't tried all the different options but it seems pretty good as it's based on setting conditions so it allows a lot of flexibility.
