Being somewhat as a computer nimbu, I downloaded the app and had no idea how to set this up. Christopher contacted after I deleted it and was compassionate and understood my reasons - albeit irrational Chris has spent many weeks setting up Bing and the shopping aspect on my account - for which I am incredibly grateful. It is up and running and does as it says on the tin! Maybe Chris and team should write an 'idiots guide' going forward as the app when it is working really does have a competitive edge over Google! Thanks Christopher and team!

i am using this app for 2 weeks now. can honestly say one of the best customer service i ever had. Christopher helped me so much! he installed and setup the app on my store and on bing ads center, made it work and fixed all bugs i highly recommend this app and this company

Christopher from Bing Shopping was amazing! He helped us set everything up and made sure that our shopping ad was set up correcting and working. He was in regular contact with me providing me with updates, answered all my questions and explained everything to so that I understood what he was doing. THIS IS THE WORST APP AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SERIOUSLY CAN NOT STAND HOW POOR IT WORKS AND HOW POOR THE SERVICE IS!

Great app to use if you want Bing to spider you site completely real quick. We used it on our Wrought Iron home and garden site https://wroughtironhaven.com/ and Bing spidered in a week!

The app was functional for me, but don't expect any kind support from them. I've tried for almost 2 weeks now to get a response from them and nothing, and all I wanted was to inquire about minor adjustments to my feed, which were suggested by a Bing representative.

does not work. unusable. should not be recommended. no connection, cannot even install it.

App is unusable. Times out when you try to add products to sync. Worse yet, since the Free tier is so small, there really is no free trial and they ask you to upgrade to a paid tier before you can even attempt a sync. So basically, I paid, then tried to sync, found the app to be unusable, and they will not respond to support inquiries either through their Intercom bot or through their support email inbox. Will give them 1 more day to respond before I open a complaint with Shopify and hopefully have this scam shut down.

They don't reply to email. Not a good app

It was a great AP until Bing has a complaint from a other advertiser that your prices are lower then theirs ,pays more per month in advertising budget then you so they pull your ad to keep the other advertiser

I have been personally impressed with the quality of support provided to me in the initial set up of the app and linking it to Bing Shopping. The app provides a helpful summary of visits and cart activities to my store. So pleased I gave this app a try. A big thank you to Chris for his support during the initial set up process.
