I'm not sure why this app has 5 stars. I asked for help and they basically told me to upgrade for a better experience. Emails are not delivered immediately (I had to contact customer service each time and they manually pushed them through on their end). You can't even see your click/open rate without upgrading. I was hopeful but I'm truly disappointed. The search continues!

Everyone is very helpful with showing you how to use their system. It is very easy to use and fast! Really enjoy BayEngage.

We have used this company (Target Bay) for quite a few years now, and the team is amazing. They stay on top of all the communication. If I didn't know how to do something, they were there with a screen share walking me through it. I am a busy business owner, like most of you reading this. I don't have time to follow through on TONS of my passion projects as well as some important ones. This email marketing app is user-friendly and intuitive unlike most email apps. You can copy and edit directly from an existing campaign and send emails on the fly. The tech support and customer support is the best in the industry very professional and easy to get in touch with. 5+++++

I have tried many apps to handle my emails for my company. However, none have had the templates that I needed except BayEngage. They are very colorful and professional. Their customer service is very helpful too. Putting the emails together is easy to do but if I ever feel stuck, they step in and help. If I had to state one thing that I would improve, it would be the ability to write a review for this company. It is very difficult to write a review. I had to go to the backend of my shopify store, copy it's 'shopify URL' and paste it in the box requesting my store name. It would not allow me to type it in no matter how I typed it. Been trying for months. Just figured out a work around today. Overall, I am very pleased with this company. Would highly recommend its services. I am now trying out their retargeting ads through Target Bay. They did all the coding, which helped alot. Thanks guys!

We really love what this app has done for our campaigns. We're able to work much more quickly. We love the integration with Shopify.

I was new to their templates and had a question so I reached out for help and immediately was given advice how to use. I didn't wait too long after exchanging a few emails. It is very convenient, and straightforward to use, I was just super tired and felt the need to reach out for help. Customer service is 100%. Templates are given which make it a huge plus! Definitely recommend!

I feel like a true web designer using this app (spoiler: I am not one). Easily create beautiful email templates to send to all your customers with this user friendly platform. The possibilities are limitless and they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 STARS

Hi have used Bay Engage and Target Bay for a few years now and have had no issues. The messages are super easy to create and schedule. I like the tracking and reporting the best as I get a true picture of how my messages are performing. I would highly recommend using them.

The best! We have had tremendous success using BayEngage. It is a very robust platform that continues to grow with us. This app lets us get extremely detailed with our emails, and includes features like A|B testing, which is valuable for our market research. The support staff is also great and really made the onboarding process painless! Danielle, our BayEngage Account Manager, has been there with us all along the way, and has been a huge help with getting our marketing department familiar with this new software.

The options are endless. Extremely user friendly. Vast array of FREE stock photos and they've even included free filters and tons of editing tools for images. Way more fonts to choose from than competitors. Personalized subject line, endless segment options. Truly an impressive email marketing system. Been using them for years and they have updated and upgraded basically every feature I have raised concerns about. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Anything you need, they will find a way to make it happen. They always respond the same day. You don't get that kind of personalized service from mailchimp or constant contact. I have used them all. BayEngage is an excellent alternative to other platforms with the added advantage of a very responsive and savvy support team. The app layout is familiar and easy to navigate and is more affordable than many competitors. The image search and edit feature within email templates & campaigns save significant time as well. Good app with a strong team behind it.
