This app has been amazing for our company! We are able to have people sign up for an item that we are in the process of making, or an item that is out of stock. Once the item arrives, we generate a lot of sales from this app! Customer service is excellent; they are very quick to get back to you and help with any issues or questions. Would highly recommend this app.

Great service from Zia Installed within 2 minutes. Had few isseus and Zia soved within 10 minutes. The admin is working very intuintive. Now need to look how it goes.

Okay first of all this is soooo easy to set up and SATENDRA is sooooo helpful he was able to fix some minor issue, and it is cheaper. so i definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ALL MY SMALL BUSINESS OUT THERE.

je cherchais une application pour notifier les clients des retour en stock , il y en avait pleins, j'ai choisi celle ci car beaucoup de note et surtout extra positifs ! Une fois installé, j'avais un peu du mal pour mettre tout en place, en plus c'est en anglais, mais grâce aux messages directs , j'ai pu discuter avec Zia qui a pris la main et a tout mis en place en quelques secondes ! quel soulagement milles mercis pour la réactivité et le professionnalisme !

This is the best BACK IN STOCK app on Shopify, agents are super friendly and always there to help, also their response is super quick compared to other apps... I highly recommend this app if you need to inform your clients about new stock on sold out items. :)

Great app, super easy to use and a great support team who can help with any special customisations you may need (to an extent). Dashboard is easy to navigate and implementation can be done by anyone!

I recently started using this amazing app that sends me instant notifications when products I'm interested in are back in stock. It's been a game-changer for me, and I wanted to share my experience. Today, I noticed the app wasn't intergrated, but in under less than a minute, updated et voila! Done! Great team!

Works well and customer support is helpful and usually responds very quickly. **UPDATE** Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different app. The notify button kept randomly disappearing from our pages. After several attempts to fix the issue, support said the app doesn't work with GEMpages landing page builder. Not sure why the two would affect each other, since BackinStock functions on the product pages, not the landing pages. Support said there wasn't a fix, so we had no choice but to find an alternative.
