I have been using the App nor for some time and has made my job very easy for managing my B2B business. All the functions are easy to run. It enables me to show and hide my product prices for B2B and B2C customers accordinly. I was overwhelmed and thankful to the customer service of the APP especially to Ms Stephanie (if im not forgetting her name) who assisted me more than my expectation on different functions of the APP. I strongly reccoment the APP, you can even talk to them before you buy it.

Very happy with the service on this APP. The whole team is very supportive and specially Emma that went above and beyond to set up on my store. Very easy to access and it is working brilliantly. I super recommend.

Exceptional team - Add to that the fact that support is instantaneous and amazingly helpful. Stephanie is the gold standard of being customer-centric, her communication is flawless. Stop looking, I have tried them all and this is by far the best B2B Wholesale App available, coupled with the fact the team at BSS Commerce are constantly listening to their customers and adding new features and functionality. App & Developers are perfect in every way, always taking comments on board to fine tune every aspect of their product offering. All this while still in the trial period, I don’t know how they are going to top this customer experience when we start paying. Highly recommended. Great job! Five Stars +++++ all day.

Nice and useful app, but it has a few conflicts with some themes, works well nevertheless. Support by Steph is great.

We are in trial period not yet paid but still they helped just like a premium users so imagine after getting the paid version what will be their after sale service. This app has completely changed how we interact with b2b clients and our website. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign prices depending on customers' type, and use quantities purchases to determine pricing. We dealt with Steph who went above and beyond to sort out all of our problems and then some (Steph; you are a legend!). If you are a b2b facing business I cannot recommend them highly enough to create the perfect system for maximising sales and interoperability for ease of use and allows us more time to focus on serving our customers.

BSS/Wholesale solution is no doubt the perfect APP I used ever on Shopify. Since the first question I sent, I started a different journey in the Shopify world! They do really care about what problems I face and are willing to listen & figure out the root cause. All the communication and efforts are taken seriously to make sure they truly resolve the issues as they can do in every single detail. Also direct me on how to set up the Shopify function for additional help. I can't imagine how worried I would be if I didn't choose them, fortunately I made the right choice. Appreciated their quick response and continually upgraded software, Help us move on to the next level step by step. Truly recommended in my mind.

We've only used the app during the trial period, so couldnt comment much on the features of the app. However, we totally forgot the cancel the subscription and got charged of it. Steph was really super nice to help us talk to the mgmt to provide a refund. Initially, we only got a 50% refund. But steph managed to persuade her mgmt to give us a full refund! Really thankful for that! Thanks Steph! The app is what we are looking for, will consider subscribing to it !

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. If you're in trouble with the app, feel free to contact Stephanie, the most helpful customer support person I've ever met. Five stars out of five.
