B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale solutions is a great app to look into if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

The module meets the business' needs and the support has been great so far. The Devs Nguyen Tien Hau and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong have been incredibly helpful with customisations to the B2B module.

This app works really fantastic combined with their other FREE app 'B2B Login & Lock Access'. A working log-in portal is easily created by combining these apps and truly provides a B2B Wholesale solution, for customers to sign-up and log-in. This app has many other functions, but this one is by far my favourite! Besides these functions, I would like to thank the team of BSS Commerce! Especially Jennie P and tech specialist Nguyen Tien Hau have been of great help for us. Their professional approach and high quality support have been very pleasant and helpful with solving all the issues I encountered. Jennie P has been very friendly and kept in touch with me by providing new answers and solutions to my big list of questions and issues. From big to small questions/issues, everything got resolved by their skilled support & tech team. We are very satisfied with this app and definitely impressed with their team! :)

Absolutely great support, what a team! I received very fast feedback and solutions for the questions I had. I could not be happier :-) My customer support executive June Nguyen is an absolute delight. She always replies very fast in a pleasant way. If she does not understand the exact complex requirement she will first comprehend completely before proceeding. An attitude that I really appreciate. Developer Anh Tran Duc was able to fix some issues with metafields, pricing layout, registration form, etc. All his changes were spot on and nothing was too complex too fix for him! Needless to say that I am a happy customer and I look forward to any upcoming challenge !

I have some special requirements with the custom registration form and they helped me to make the form shown correctly though at the beginning it was not shown as I wanted. The team also explain to me very carefully. I also had other requirements such as compatibility with the other app and dev Nguyen Van Dong helped me resolve it well too. All I need to do is to explain my request and tech experts helped me well. June was supportive and she deserves big praise for her support. The tech experts Phong and Dong solved every issue well nearly quickly and accurately and so they were really good at it. Highly recommend this app for anyone to try. There's a lot of B2B app that I have tried for my shop but this B2B/Wholesale Solution is the best for me. I am satisfied with the delivered result of any problem solving and their support manner. I do appreciate to their technical team : Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Duc, Leorio, Bui Thanh Phong (who have been working extremely hard to support me) and Jonas the Support Agent who always ready to help me. This app has met all our requirements. We needed the developer teams' assistance with custom coding on the customer form and guidance on a few other matters like the Vat display and minimum order quantity. Joy has assisted us speedily and willingly every time and kept us informed, should some of the matters take a bit longer. The developer Pham Dihn Hal has been able to help with every custom change that had to be done in order to have our webpage look and do exactly what we needed it to. We would recommend this App and thank the team for their great assistance.

I have this app installed for my store. App does what I want it to do. Really easy to use and to setup. Support staff are helpful and had any problems sorted out rapidly. I have this store and I have installed this app for my store to improve product display and boost sales. This program does exactly what it claims to do. I want to use the feature to generate registration forms for b2b clients. We have a problem with the form setting and rendering. And I have setting the auto tag and have some trouble with it. So I contacted the support team and June Nguyen assisted me properly. She and the tech guy Cuong Nguyen Quoc were able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently; difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is now working perfectly on our website and we are very happy with it. Creating your own pricing plans is easy and they look professional. Support was also very helpful and they fixed any issues quickly. I appreciate their support. In summary, I am very happy wit the app and with the support. Highly recommend you guys.

After one year trying to solve manually the problems that different country taxes can generate, this app is great. You can easily add a button for EU VAT validation in your cart page that makes possible a VAT exemption purchase. Also, I've had a problem with the register form installation and June and Duc Nguyen Van from the team support has solved it very proffesionally. So, higly recommended app.

So far this app sits well above all of the B2B/Wholesale Apps that I have seen or used. The functionality for the price is cheaper and the layout/design is better. The best thing is the support - Joy got back to me right away and was very helpful and Hoang Van Luan was super quick on fixes

I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary.
