I've been using this app for a while now and it's been an absolute lifesaver! It's so easy to use and customer service is amazing too. They are always there to help you with whatever you need.

Brilliant support from Candace. There's a lot to learn but this is an extremely powerful app and extremely well priced compared to other apps.

The staff assisted me is very kind and response promptly. I don't need to waste of time here and get my problem solved in a short time.

Great app, great support. There are some technical issues but the support is very quick and they help you instantly. So far I am satisfied, looking forward to use all the features. I'm still new to this app.

100% on their service, I had some issue on the position of the pop up button and had to trouble the staff to change the position for me several times. I'm currently not a paying customer and yet they service is still superb. Thanks for the help, I definitely look forward to signing up their services in future.

Avada is great and offers really cool options for collecting email addresses, offering discount codes, send follow up mails after orders and create newsletters. Important to us is the double opt-in feature where a small issue was solved after a very short time thanks to the excellent support.

The teaser was covering my logo and I was not able to find the location of where to adjust the position. Immediately, I was helped. Not only was I able to learn how to adjust in the future, but AVADA was more than pleasant to chat with.

This app has great customer service that answers your question immediately and solves it and the price is more convenient than other apps. I have just started to use this app because of my friend's suggestion and I am very happy about that!

Seems very good as I just installed it. You start a Trial period right away but you can downgrade to FREE version in the app settings before trial expire. Some features in the free version might be messy (i.e.: abandoned checkout emails can generate discount coupon in Shopify but can be limited in case the same customer abandon cart more than once) Support from Avada in chat is incredibly fast, efficient, friendly and polite, really help on setting up and understand the app better. Looking forward for further development. An integration with the Joy loyalty program would be great.

Avada for me is a very good email marketing solution. My email marketing and transactional emails are done with this app and I cannot complain about it. Also whenever I found some glitches the customer service has been very responsive and has always found a solution to my issues. Good job Avada, keep it up !
