I've just added this app and it's easy. I had a couple of questions. The online chat was immediately available (important for me in Australia where I usually have to wait ages for a reply due to time zones) and Daisy was very helpful. My questions were answered in minutes. Thanks!

Although Avada email marketing app is a little less known new player, I do really like its ease of use while having powerful functional features. Customer support team including Daisy and a couple others are excellent. They are very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and solving issues. Thanks a lot!

It's the better App for Marketing Automation. You can create a lot of automations with email, SMS, WhatsApp, ... All is clear, all is simple and all templates are already created to boost sales. This app is really incredible and the support team is magic ! Always available, always in a good mood and very professional.

really good app. Lots of function for free. It is probably the only one which is easy to use and perfectly works with shopify sign up forms and customer tags from shopify. A huge thank you to Sam. He's great and really knows how to support also technically.

I have been using this app to slowly automate all my emails. It is simple to use (sometimes too simple if you want to add HTML or liquid). The support staff are brilliant, thank you, Sam and Alice and all the others who have answered my sometimes ridiculous questions and on others have solved a real issue. Very good value for money compared to similar much pricier apps
