I don't need too much functionality from this app but the customer service is excellent to configure.

The app is very straight forward and easy to use. The customer service is very quick to assist you and they have multiple ways to contact them. One of which is using their own service so you are able to see how it works on the consumer side. Which i really love. If you are looking for a way to take bookings free or otherwise then this is great and you can integrate with your calendars and zoom.

Wanted to make some quick tweaks and Sam, the developer, was able to help me make those changes with 5 minutes. Excellent app with fantastic features and does exactly what I needed for my business.

The Appointly staff has been extremely helpful and quick with replies. I requested for a function, and they got it up and running for me within hours. Amazing team, highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a scheduling app that is customizable and flexible!

Just set it up, but so far so good. The chat feature was great for helping me get started! They helped me edit the pop-up to match my website as well.

Incredibly easy to use app! Also an incredibly reasonable price compared to many other scheduling apps that offer less features or expensive pricing structures. Customer service has also been incredible! The first question I had was answered within minutes on the chat in the middle of a Saturday night, and was followed by the developer offering to go in and address the request for me. I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy... During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary. The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems! I love this app!!! It's perfect for booking custom services for my products ( I book a wedding service). It easily lets me take deposits which no other app had the option to do AND the customer service has been excellent with any help I needed customizing to fit my needs. I’m so glad Shopify finally has a great appointment system. I’ve tried several other apps for my Shopify store, but the only one I stuck with is Appointly! It’s wayyyy cheaper than any other apps and it does everything I need for my spa appointments. It’s easy to use and when I had any questions it was always answered in a timely manner. I love this app!
