This app helped me to streamline pre-orders in order to maximise the success of my business. The support was really great and easy to ask a question if I did not understand something.

We needed a quick solution for a book that was on backorder. I initially had trouble setting up the mechanism, but it was easy to locate a support person and they had it up and running within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the support staff and the easy solution to our problem. I also like that pricing is resonable for more items if we need.

We use this app to preorder for a fresh product that only comes in small portions every week from France. This way, we are able to better promote the product, but also to give a nice view of a shop in working progress with its customers.

Really great app, the cost is correct and the features really excellent. The customer service is present 24 hours a day and they help you to correct and set everything, even on complex graphic themes.

Apps works well although I had to get the dev team to manually configure. Great customer service and they fixed the issue straight away.

I immediately had questions when starting my trial and customer service was an amazing help. Instead of giving me long winded explanations they were able to give me customized screenshots that were from my point of view so it was very easy to do what I was asking of them.

Had a free plan and then changed it. I don't trust apps that change their pricing and force you to update to adapt to it. Bait and switch.

It was easy to navigate and setup. Customer service was outstanding-- instant responses through email, friendly and helpful. They integrated with my theme easily and it was up on my site in no time. I'm excited to have the option available in my store!

So far no complaints! This app was super easy to install and activate. I had another app downloaded already but it required more effort, so deleted that one and used this one instead!
