I can say this as an OG to the MCF app - I've been using MCF for our Shopify site for many years now starting with their older app, and the recent changes in the new app have been amazing! It runs very smooth, I've never had any issues when it comes to the inventory management and syncing products but in this newest version they have reduced a lot of the day to day workload in having to manually select shipping speeds per order which was always something cumbersome in previous iterations (and its entirely possible I was using these wrong then, but its set up automatically this time around). Once you set it up, it will map shipping speeds automatically to the customer's order and pushes the order with the correct shipping speed noted. Amazon's support has been amazing too, we wondered if we were able to automatically fulfill each other without having to confirm it each time - and they helped us out in a matter of seconds which saves us hours each week! (for those wondering, its a setting under your Shopify Settings: Settings/Checkout/Order Processing/Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items = yes) Will be using MCF for many more years to come!

We've tried pretty much all of the other 3p MCF apps and none of them worked as it should. I can probably write a book about their bugs and lack of CS. The Amazon one, at least for now works great. It's simple and robust, and the installation was super easy. You can manually split or re-route orders if you want to fulfill some of them in-house, and it's free!

We switched to MCF and lowered our shipping costs so much that we no longer use a 3PL. So, we can access Amazon’s complete FC network instead of shipping from one warehouse. On top of that, shipping products to Amazon has reduced our shipping costs as we ship to fulfill both FBA and MCF. For example - we ship four pallets to Amazon, and they pick from that shipment to fulfill FBA and MCF. As for the MCF app, it is easy to install and use. We set the app up to automatically ship our Shopify orders as they come in. For our pet food business, it has been a game changer.

Not as easy to set up as other connectors, but Amazon was very helpful and made sure it worked. Orders are feeding through and so far so good. If we compare this to TikTok, Amazon is a winner. TikTok is a loser. In due time it should work really well.

It's a free and easy way to connect Amazon fulfilment to your shopify store. Once setup, all your orders will be fulfilled by Amazon so you don't need to touch anything, this is a big deal for a startup who should not be wasting time on fulfilling, they should be wasting time on growing sales. Note: You must set up an Amazon Sellers Central account and then ship your items to Amazon where you can both sell on Amazon (increased sales for you) and use their fulfillment.

It is easy to connect and the added features of being able to cancel orders from shopify and track multiple packages is GREAT, making this product superior to the competitors. I would recommend this app to anyone who uses Amazon Fulfillment, hands down the easiest to use. You will not be disappointed. We used MCF in the past and were devastated when it was discontinued and had to rely on third party apps. After working with three different companies (one headache after another) none of which were able to seamlessly connect my two accounts and have product sync and be delivered without checking and updating orders daily. We were so thrilled that Amazon MCF is up and running again on Shopify!

We've used a few different MCF apps in the past and this one has been the best - it's super simple and it's the cheapest. It doesn't have a ton of features but we realized we can customize things as much as we want to by using Shopify Flow. So we have some relatively complex order routing in place and it all works very well. It gives us a ton of flexibility.

The new updated Amazon MCF App works great, if you sell on Amazon FBA and Shopify having the flexibility to fulfill shopify orders with local inventory or Amazon FBA inventory is amazing. If you run out of stock locally simply just change the fulfillment location of the ordered items and boom send the order to Amazon FBA, works great! Thank you to Sonja Voice for checking in and making sure everything is working great.

It works well for managing MCF orders for us but it is missing a huge feature; you cannot map a Shopify SKU with an Amazon Bundle. If we were able to map our Shopify SKUs to Amazon Bundles this would be the ideal solution for our needs. Until then, we need to handle those orders manually or pay for an expensive alternative to handle this logic.

It mostly works, but doesn't send the "out for delivery" email or the "delivered" email that it should. Also it doesn't flag the Shopify orders with the Amazon order ID, so if you're looking at the Shopify order, there's no way to just click over and see the Amazon order.

Well, it's been working again as long as it wasn't syncing inventory or pushing orders through so that's good. Unfortunately getting the attention needed to fix our issues after two weeks of not-useful tech support exchanges took a one-star review. Not the best takeaway but at least now we know how to get on the devs' radar. So still promising and easy to integrate but use caution until all of the bugs are ironed out. In the meantime, if you do install keep a close eye on things to make sure orders are actually getting pushed to FBM and you aren't over-selling out of-of-inventory SKUs.

We have very simple use cases for this app, and it works very well. It has helped us to automate which orders get sent to MCF versus our other 3PL. We had some initial challenges with Onboarding, but a very quick call with the MCF support team, and we were off and running in a matter of minutes.

There is a problem that the program cannot capture the quantity, and I can't solve it after looking for Amazon customer service. So I found the developer's email directly in the app. They dealt with my issue almost immediately, and thanks to their efforts, my sku has been able to recrawl the exact amount. At the same time, I also hope that the developer can fix this bug as soon as possible, which should not have happened. come on!
