So far so good! It's a brand new app for me, so I haven't fully experienced the full capabilities, yet. I will say, I love what it's promising to do! Sending tracking ID numbers for FBA shipments to customers is a major plus for us and helps take the stress off our customer support team. I also love that you can do a free shipping after spending a certain dollar amount, which doesn't work if your products are fulfilled by Amazon alone, they only allow weight-based options. It's very nice how it displays to the customer at checkout the different shipping options and the price that goes with the option. The customer service is amazing! I'm looking forward to the future of this app :) Thank you! I hope this helps.

This app is awesome! We are from Germany and had problems to connect our Shopify store with Amazon FBA. The app solved this perfectly. It's easy to install and then everything works as expected. And the best: The support is awesome! We can totally recommend this app :-)

App does exactly what I had hoped which is automatically update the customer with tracking once the order ships from Amazon. No more cut-and-pasting needed! Also worth including, I had some questions and support got back promptly with answers. kos.com

This app saved us hundreds of hours, and the support is excellent! Works perfectly and once it's set up, it's completely hands off so we can focus on growing our business instead of manually fulfilling items.

*I will gladly change this review to 5 stars if/when this issue gets sorted as I hate leaving anything but 5 star reviews. But after a total of 7+ hours on the phone (conservatively) with staff from Shopify, ByteStand, and Amazon, and still not being able to get this app working as described, I feel this is a fair rating based on my experience; I am sorry. CONTEXT: The gentleman at ByteStand was very nice and professional and we trouble shot via shared-screen a lot of possible issues until everything seemed to be done correctly. However, allegedly I am still unable to fulfill international orders via ByteStand on FBA Export Eligible inventory. I was told that this is an Amazon issue, not a ByteStand issue in spite of my inventory being FBA Export Eligible. While on the phone with Amazon, they are told me that they do not allow "non-media" products to be internationally fulfilled via 3rd party fulfillment software, so there is a massive discrepancy here in what ByteStand FBA says they do vs what Amazon is telling me. I politely insisted that they were incorrect and escalated this case all the way up to Catalog Captive Team and then escalated it again to "Leadership" (with screen shots) insisting that this app should be working and that it was set up properly and that the problem must be on their end. The case is still open. However, I expect Amazon sweep this under the rug via ninja-closing-the-case-on-the-down-low and/or ninja-merging-the-case-with-an-unrelated-case-closed-weeks-ago which leaves me pounding sand for the last 2 days. Besides the app not working properly for me, the people at ByteStand were very nice and professional.

I lost a ton of money on FBA shipping. It is complex and one size shipping doesn't fit all types of products for fulfillment. I called ByteStand and spoke with Todd the owner, he was great! I installed the app and was able to get it going in no time and ensuring that I have a small margin on shipping! If you use FBA you need this app! Thank me later!

This is one of two genius Shopify apps from Bytestand that will save non-US/Canada sellers a ton of time. This beauty will connect your Amazon FBA stock to Shopify and sync the two. Stroke of genius. And, bonus, the team behind it are super humble and helpful. This has meant I can transition to own site selling in addition to Amazon with no pain, I'm in heaven! I promise I'm not on commission, but I had to share my feelings, as undoubtedly if I'm struggling with this, others will be too.

If your products are shipped by Amazon FBA this App is highly recommended. All of Amazon’s shipping rates are calculated through the app so no more need to guess the shipping rates based on product weights. I was very please with the support I received, their customer service is great. Initially had some issues sync’ing the MWS details from Amazon but after messaging ByteStand support I received a prompt response and we got it all set up! Very happy. FBA Shipping by ByteStand is highly recommended.
