Ich habe die App runtergeladen, aber nicht ganz verstanden, wie ich die Produktbewertungsfunktionen in meinem Onlineshop einfügen und aktivieren kann. Somit habe ich mich kurzerhand an den Kundensupport im Chat gewandt und dort hat mir die liebe Abby verständlich und einfach weitergeholfen, sodass mein Problem in nur wenigen Minuten gelöst wurde und ich die Produktbewertung nach meinen Vorstellungen nun endlich in meinem Onlineshop nutzen kann. Air Product Reviews is a great tool to make customers more sure of their purchase. Lots of choices for layout and functionality - and GREAT customer service. Audrey really went out of her way to help me set it all up. Very happy! :)

Would be nice if it was more customizable however the customer support team is great and can help you with that. Hana helped me out changing some things that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

Instant support. but they changed it so you can only import 250 reviews at a time with csv before having to pay right after I imported 1500 reviews.

Spoke with MIA she is really nice quick response. helped me to through the issue easily
