I needed a simple app to help with basic inventory needs , at first this app was unable to print reports with zero qty . After chatting with support they promised it will be revised . Happy to say it now allows me the report I need ! Very happy :-)

I love this app, it helps me understand what collection or product type sells the most and the staff is very helpful they explained how to do it and added this new functionality! Highly recommended.

I tried a few apps out to see which ones did the reports I needed. There was one missing and they made it for me, no charge. It has everything you need to manage your inventory and COG. Its an amazing app! Definitely recommend!

I needed an app to help me keep track of stock value for insurance and financial tax year purposes. I don't have a huge turnover so I was looking for a free option. I'm so glad I came across Assisty. It provides me with everything I need and more! I had some issues syncing my stock to the report results but I contacted Steve and he was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He sorted the issue and helped me understand it better. I would highly recommend this invaluable (yet, free!) App :)

This does exactly what I need. Low inventory alerts by variant. Steve was super helpful. Great app. It has much better reports than what available from Shopify.

As a former buyer reporting is really important to me. I look at analytics daily and I run reports weekly to look at certain aspects of my business. I've been building my own reports because I didn't feel Shopify offered the detailed reporting that I want. Then I found Assisty, let me tell you. It's dynamic, easy to read, and has everything you need in one place. The support is top-notch and very responsive. I'm glad I found Assisty to help analyze my business, they make it so easy!

This is the first app that has an out of stock by days tracking report that I've seen. Steve and his team have been very helpful in improving the report to our needs and were promptly responsive. If you have a custom report you are after I'm confident assisty will already have it or will be able to help create it for you. I highly recommend you try them.

When we first downloaded the app, we where not happy as the report which we where looking for was not available, while uninstalling the app we found a whatapp number of Mr Steve on the exit page, we just though of writing to him, to our surprised, Mr steve wrote back to us asking what kind of report we need, we gave him our requirement and today (17/01/2022) we get the message from Mr. Steve & team that the report which we where looking for was ready and built in the APP. Honestly this was least expected and we are happy to say that the developers of this app are grounded and are ready to work towards the customers need and satisfication. Thank you TEAM and we wish you all the success. ---A Happy APP user who have reinstalled the APP and happy to recommend to others.

The UX is simple, easy to use. The report is clear, real-time update, profession to check anythings in work-flow. Customer support is fast, nice and effective. 5-star and recommended!
