Chat function is always available. Jasmine and her developer fixed my problem straight away. They are always very polite and very patient. We started our store with AVADA and are very happy to continue with them.

I had to open a ticket for missing information in some templates. Thanks to Anna and her team for quickly fixing the issue. She provided very easy-to-follow steps, went into my account, and Boom! Issue solved. Thanks

1) I needed help previewing my invoice, and there was a huge problem that Abby and Liz helped me out with so much! I got exactly what I needed, 10/10 experience. 2) I got in touch after hours with a huge problem with my invoices, I woke up and found that Fennic fixed it up for me! Great app for invoice generation. Works perfectly fine, fully customizable and very easy to set up. Great customer service and technical support, with a live chat option. They answered my question and helped me within few minutes (Thank you Abby !). I recommand this app.

J'ai remplacé Order Printer Pro par cette application (pour le même prix) qui a plusieurs options et surtout qui permet au client de récuperer par lui même les documents. c'est vraiment top! Le Service Support toujours disponible et très efficace. Mention à Hana qui est au Top avec sa gentillesse et professionalisme ! BRAVO
