The app works great. I had a request to add a missing language to the app. Support was very friendly and accommodated my request. I definitely recommend this application!

I would love to put more stars but unfortunately cannot. Despite that my issue was resolved. It has taken days to finally get help and guidance and lots of nerves and stress. It just took too long. Customer service has not dealt with the issue in the best way possible hence why I am only able to give 3 stars. The app is functioning well and I have not had any issues until recently. Apart from that, if you are on a budget. I would recommend this free app but would suggest to move to a different app, with more functions and better customer service (such as vitals) when you are able to afford it.

Don't be fooled by their free plan. You're on a free trial for a week or two - and after that, you won't be able to collect any reviews, the "Write a review" button disappears and you'll be only able to display the reviews you've collected on your first 2-week trial. It's a very "fine print" thing, with the free plan. They offer a free plan, but if the review app cannot collect simple text reviews - then it's useless. Imagine a restaurant would offer a free plan, when you can only look at the food, but cannot eat it. That's the situation here.

This is the best tool I have ever used, Akanksha patiently provided me with great help, this is definitely not fake marketing, I am DANIEL, a real user. You will never regret using it

Working great so far. Far easier than most apps and looks nice too! Would definitely recommend using it. I had an issue with uploading review files but Prabha in customer service helped me out and resolved the issue! Great customer service!

Great app for fair price. Customer support is very responsive (within 30 seconds they're there) and Pooja was very helpful with fixing some issues we ran into with bulk product review imports. Highly recommend
