This app did exactly what I needed and it all happened because of the excellent support of the team working behind the scenes specially Brian.

After banging my head of the wall today by trying to find the appropriate app for my needs, Advanced Shipping Rules came like the light at the end of the tunnel. I believe this is the only app on the Shopify app store market that is user-friendly and easy to set up when the rates per variations are in question (in my case, some of the products have multiple variations, and each variation has a different shipping price which usually is a headache to setup). And ofc. support was beyond expectations with helping me how to enroll... 5 stars easily; would give it 10 though.

This app and Brian are the BEST! I work in a niche market shipping perishable and non perishable items. It's a real challenge to find anything flexible enough to work. But, THIS WORKS! As a small start up, pennies matter. This app paired with Shopify gives me the ability to do what other have quoted me thousands to try. And Brian, man, he ROCKS! As we say in the south, 'I was loster than last years Easter eggs' when it came to setting up shipping. I am great at a lot of things.....and shipping is not one of them! But Brian has been there to help me understand & work out my messes. If all that's not enough, his experience in rates, language and work flow are spot on too. I can't say enough good things about Brian and the Advanced Shipping App! Give a try today!!

I have been looking for these shipping options at my store's checkout for more than 6 months. Was even skeptical when found it, because a lot of developers told me I have to be in Shopify PLUS to have those options. Million thanks to Brian who assisted in in setting up the rules. Very responsive and knowledgeable!!!

The app does everything it's supposed and more. Easy to use interface and design. Any problems that we had with the app were not bugs, but setup issues which were quickly resolved by customer support. Probably the best customer support I've ever experienced with third party apps. Prompt response time and resolved the issues in less than an hour!

We're huge fans of advanced shipping rules. We have a pretty large catalog of over 20,000 SKUS and a rather complicated inventory management system, so finding apps that don't cause problems with our store or checkout can be a challenge. Not only that but finding a way to setup shipping for everything from pill boxes that weight an ounce or two up to protein powders or cases of drinks that weight 20-50 pounds can be a huge challenge. Advanced shipping rules works great for us!

I have a nice of items that ship by weight directly from my location, and items on printful. This allows much more granular control of my local items, and allows to combine shipping with printful items in a single order. I had an issue with configuration, and the developer was able to log into my Shopify and fix everything.

We used this app to provide more accurate shipping costs to our customer while also ensuring we don't lose money on shipping. Any time I had questions, Support was quick to help and they even have a US-based Support number to call in. They were able to walk through my workflow with me and help me choose the plan that best fit our needs. Would highly recommend this app - and thanks again to the Support team!

If we could give them 10 stars, we would. The app itself is great and works like a charm, but the support received is truly where Bambri's team shines. We encountered a critical issue with our website on a Friday night - fearing support would be extremely limited. Bambri's team was very quick to reply, and worked all weekend communicating with us and Shopify to help identify and fix an issue that wasn't even their fault. Absolutely a top-notch team, we can't thank them enough for their professionalism and attentiveness.

The second store I have used this on, first time took 15 mins to set up, the second time took 5. Had a question and support replied immediately. The app works quickly and easily and is very flexible. Were on Shopify Plus and we need this app to manage our shipping rules, no other solution has come close.

The developer is accessible and responsive. He helped me set up some special rules for shipping. I sell perishable goods and merchandise. I highly recommend this app for folks who have various shipping needs and need to customize how they ship different groups of products. It took me month before I decided to commit to another app. After loosing more and more international orders because of the higher shipping prices I thought to offer them a 15$ discount if their cart reach 100$. It took a lot of research to finally find an app to do it. Since I was unsure if it will work I messaged the customer support, a few months back and a few days ago, each time I got a reply so quick I thought no one sleep there . This app offers the discount I wanted to my international customers, and also it allows to restrict the shipping of one of my collections to Canada only. Plus, I got help to install the whole thing. This app saved my store!!! I am an independent artist who decided to set up a print on demand print shop due to requests for prints of my work. I am working with different POD providers and will have hundreds of variants for each image, from large-sized wall art to tiny silver bracelets. I had no idea what I was getting myself into with shipping. After creating nearly 200 products, I realized that my shipping needs were going to be very complicated. Too complicated to set up manual breaks for all the different weight and size possibilites. What I needed was a way to get the shipping rates directly from the POD providers and there is no way to do that through Shopify alone and thought I was going to have close my store because of it. Well, thanks to Brian and this app, I have a way to grab the rates from the POD providers and it all happens automatically too. If you plan on using POD providers like Pixels, Gooten, Printify, etc., and you want to maintain your GM%, then you need this app. Shopify's shipping can be drastically off from what the POD providers charge so you need a way to get that information. From my research into the various apps offered here on Shopify for shipping, this app, with its easy integration with the most popular POD providers, is the best option for your store, by a long shot. I started my shop with Shopify shipping and found it was costing me WAY too much in inaccurate shipping rates. I contacted Advanced Shipping on the recommendation of a Shopify Guru. BEST thing I ever did. I'm saving more money than the app costs easily. I shut down when it comes to this kind of set up. It baffled me. But once Brian personally walked me through it and answered all my questions, I can continue on my own ... Brian was patient and fun. I needed that. I feel so relieved now that my fulfillment shop has it's shipping as automated and accurate as it can be. Leaves me time to so much more! Thanks, Brian!

We've been using this app for over a year, it's so easy to use and allows us to set up all the rules and restrictions needed to fulfil our orders. Support staff are very responsive, questions are answered quickly - highly recommend this app!

Very versatile. Advanced shipping options is one of the biggest factors in choosing a website platform for us and this app does everything we need. I had some trouble during set up/activation and Shopify Support and App support was top notch and quick.

No way to automatically assign products to groups, and randomly empties groups. Really expensive too! Switched to Bespoke Shipping, one of many apps that is half the price, unlimited, and does everything we want reliably.

This app has caused so many issues with our store and with our clients. It is not worth the headache. Shipping rates are never accurate and setting the app up is not worth the hassle. Maybe some people have had luck with this app before but our experience has been terrible. Definitely have lost money on sales and shipping by using this app.

This has been a lifesaver app for shipping perishables and eliminating the cheaper, slower shipping options we have! Not only that, but the support is top notch! I've emailed them for help setting up and making changes on multiple occasions and I always get a response back within minutes and the problem completely solved within hours. I can't think of a single other company with that kind of service! Well worth the very small cost!!

I have been using Printful for years and just started shipping internationally. I went through hours being frustrated trying to set it up until I found out about this app. The best thing is their customer service is an 11/10! They responded to my emails quickly and helped me set it up. Very rare to find this customer service with an app like this. Thanks guys! :)
