This app has been great. Our company ships both frozen and dry goods which require different rate tables, and ASR allows us to group those products differently and return different rates as such. Also allows us to customize blended rates for mixed carts of frozen and dry goods. Lastly, customer service is highly available and quick to respond.

This is the ONLY app that was able to do what I needed. I spend days trying to use other apps and nothing worked. Then I downloaded this app, and within less than an hour I had everything sorted out and working PERFECTLY on my store. Thank god I found this app, thank you!!!

This app is awesome!!! What is most amazing is that it synced with our big catalog size of over 500,000 SKUs without bogging down and it updates instantly. It also allows you to do mass updates via csv import which was a must for our catalog. Brian took his time out to call me when we had questions and explained the process and his instructions worked perfectly. This is an absolute must for any store who has complicated shipping options and the pricing plans are set to where it's affordable based on your store needs and how many pricing structures you want to implement. This app solved a big issue we had to have detailed shipping values I definitely recommend this app to anyone. Any negative reviews you see is probably just based on people who don't take the time to read the requirements and implement the app correctly. All the positive reviews you see speaks for itself.

It took a little time to wrap our head around some of the functionalities of this app, but in the short time that we've been using it, it's worked great. What made our experience of integrating and setting up Advance Shipping Rules was Brian's customer support - super fast to respond via email and phone, helpful step-by step-guidance, etc. That aspect made a world of a difference.

Super powerful. Shopify's built in shipping utility left us with a rather large problem in how we charged shipping for one overweight item in particular. This app saved the day and Brian was a huge help in making sure I had everything up and running properly.

Wow! I love this app! I sell different types of art items online and this app was able to accomplish the shipping clarity that I needed. I've never been able to have everything I wanted with shipping options and rates due to the dynamics of my products until I found Advanced Shipping Rules. This app is really cool! When I had questions I was able to call and get a live person who helped me set up the shipping rules for my entire site! That took a while too. Very impressed with their customer service!

App is terrible. They show certain rates and then tell you you need to sign up for Shopify stuff to make the App work. It's nearly impossible to edit or use as well. Very complicated.

A great app that's both flexible and easy to use. It worked quickly and efficiently for all the products on our site with enough scope to grow as our site grows. Definite 5 stars.

Although we don't need to use the app at this moment, I must say that Brian with ASR was awesome! We moved from a very simple set of products in our store to a complex set (big ticket items, small items) with widely varying shipping options (free shipping, international shipping, multiple carriers). And we wanted to allow customers to mix them together in a single cart. We wouldn't have been able to do this without Advanced Shipping Rules. Questions and problems that cropped up were solved quickly and we were able to do everything we wanted to do with shipping options easily. UPDATE: We ran into some trouble recently with Fedex packages being shipped to PO Boxes. I asked Brian at Advanced Shipping Rules to come up with a solution for this issue, which was causing us a lot of headaches. A few days later, the app had been updated to prevent Fedex and UPS from showing up as options when the address is a PO Box. Quick service, and much appreciated!

Been running ASR the last few weeks after struggling a bit with configuration, due to the limitations of Shopify. Had a nice and quick support that helped me with the last steps. Documentation is complete, it's a great app that let you set shipping rules that even the expensive advanced plan of Shopify doesn't offer. (!!!) 5 stars!

We have a complex matrix involving compliance, sizing, and integrations. The Advanced Shipping Rules team has helped us accomplish our goals and needs. Within the limiting fulfillment scope that Shopify + has natively, ASR supercharged our store.

I installed ASR so that I could offer products that I manually fulfill while also offering Printful products using live shipping rates. I was able to install, integrate, and set up this app in a few hours with just the user guides to help me. Everything worked smoothly until I tried to purchase the Lite Plan; apparently I had activated a feature that was only available with the Standard Plan but wasn't aware of what that feature was. I emailed Brian first thing this morning and got a response back within the hour. Brian took care of my issue and I'm back in business!
