When the form upload was not working properly and I had questions, I sent a few emails to support. Never did I receive anything back until I deleted the app and then I received several poorly written emails. JOKE

I just started to use it, but so far it works well. I am very pleased..

Really impressed with this app, would recommend fully! small issue at the start but they fixed it straight away!

Installed but the form wont save .I have tried to contact support for 1 week with no luck.

I pasted the code on a Shopify page and all I get is the sortcode showing; no form.

Easy to setup and install and very help full as well. Quick Support team. I like there apps. :)
